jebt2921 Posted May 6, 2020 Share Posted May 6, 2020 Is this news that they’ve official fixed any integration issues to allow existing C4 accounts to migrate from a Nest account to a google one? It fairly known you’d previously lose integration with Nest thermostats if you migrated to a google account but sounds like that’s now fixed? Any urgency or real need to do that now? I spoke with a Nest chat “bot” the other day and asked what would happen if I migrated to google. They said I would loose those integrations currently. But they did actually advise on holding off from migrating as google has apparently said those integrations should be added soon, or if not, by later this year. ... probably not helpful, but an update at least.
