Equipment Needed for new home

Mulligan

Recommended Posts

I was wondering if anyone would be happy to PM me to provide a quote for the following.

I need a new controller. I currently have an HC800 but am looking for an EA5 for my new home.

I need 8 remotes with charging stations. I am hoping the new style remotes are easier to see the screens.

I need an audio matrix TS-AMS-8/24

I need a video matrix C4-HDBTEB-B. Please let me know if this comes with the transmitters and receivers or if these need to be ordered as well. I need 8 receivers and only 4 transmitters but could always find a use for the others of they come with them.

Your going to need to contact a dealer.

I can tell you what MSRP for those items is in CAD, but that's only half of what you need. You really need someone to make a trip to site and have a look at things.

Then the hardware ships on a newer version than your old cracked version of composer and it doesn't work...

Best of luck with the project though.

But to answer a few questions. Yes the new SR-260s screens are fixed and don't dim / they are a lot brighter.

The C4 video matrix doesn't even do proper 4K. Skip on that and get AV Pro Edge or something that can handle at least 18 GBPS (4K60 4:4:4)

If you don't want the dealer model, switch platforms.  Don't steal software.

100% agree. It might not be the hardest class in the world but for some of us like me, that have a small start up business and went through all the work and money getting my electrical contracting license, workers comp, liability insurance,  truck payments, truck insurance... the list goes on and on.

Then I have to bid against a guy that has stolen software,  and ebay products.

It sucks , just do it the right way or go to another platform that is made for homeowners and does not need dealers.

Even now I am almost done with my pcna course.  Its $1300 plus , and I have to take a big exam at the end ... ugh lol
