EDDY7
So I think I'm probably better off buying a new controller and get both Licenses than to spend about $500 on used or one without licenses.
Gary Leeds UK
Eddy, you are unable to buy licences separate now.
Cyknight
Note that a USED unit that originally was bought after the cut-off date for the more expensive "license included" versions will STILL come with the licenses - they are tied to the controller, and as long as that controller is the active "master" it's licenses will be applied to your system (and be removed once it's no longer the master by the way).Though I doubt you'll find the newer ones on used sale just yet. Then again 500 used for a non-license version is nuts - that's their old MSRP I believe. SMHarman
Then again 500 used for a non-license version is nuts - that's their old MSRP I believe.Indeed, it creates an interesting arbitrage that rather than find a licence to buy it is easier and cheaper to sell the old one and buy a new one. The licences then cost about $250 plus transaction fees.
