Posted November 3, 20159 yr anyway of having an action tied to a specific user code that would arm/disarm a honeywell vista 20p.Example would be when my son comes home from school and disarms the system with his code it would send me a notification. but if my wife disarms with her code, nothing happens. I don't see anyway for c4 to do this.
November 3, 20159 yr the only way i know of doing this would be to program relay output in visita panel that triggers input to C4 when sons code is used.
November 3, 20159 yr Not at this time - YET. I do NOT know any details on the upcoming driver from c4, but based on the concord, there may be something available once it comes out (and if it supports your panel).
November 3, 20159 yr Author Thanks guys for your quick responses. Has there been any talk on when the new 2.8 drivers will be out?
November 12, 20159 yr So do I understand correctly the new security features on 2.8 will only work once C4 releases the driver for your panel? Otherwise you would have to use the Houselogix driver. We have a Vista 128bpt . Appreciate any info. Are we talking weeks, months or years?
November 12, 20159 yr The houselogix driver doesn't use the new proxy yet either. C4 driver is in external beta with expected release end of month. Sent from my LG-V400 using Tapatalk
December 4, 20159 yr Thanks. I know it is pure speculation but is there typically long driver delays? Honeywell is an official partner so hopefully it will be out soon. Otherwise, may just go with the Houselogix driver.

March 16, 20169 yr Quick question for anyone that is familiar with the new driver coming out soon by C4. Given the status of the Vista driver and your experience with it so far, if you were building a new house and selecting a security panel to install in the next month, which would you go with, Vista or DCS? Thank you very much.

March 16, 20169 yr msgreenf, I was hoping you may be able to offer some input? If not, hopefully the driver will be released soon enough to make a comparison. Thank you very much!

March 30, 20169 yr There is no indication at this time that there WILL be a driver for the 128 - look towards the Houselogix HSIM unit for that.
