Looking for a remote system update

Hi 

my system is currently running 2.8.2 .

i have an HC800 as the director, a HC250 in the media room and SR250

i have 4sight and HE but can’t use this without the update

Anyone able to help?

I typically update system OS's for free for my clients. I only charge for any time needed to correct any broken integration (caused by the update) or updates to any older drivers not supported in newer os's.

So, the update is not free.

Updates from 2.10 and higher are usually painless and problem free.  Updates starting from below 2.10 to current usually need extra time to "massage" everything back together.  In some cases, a real PITA.
