However, whenever I receive the notifications, I get two duplicate notifications on my phone. Have I done something wrong in HE? Thanks! I am not sure what systems page you are referring to. Is that in HE, the website, or the app? I have attached screenshots of the page where I set up a notification and the page where I programmed that notification to be triggered. Matt Lowe Posted December 15, 2022 Share Posted December 15, 2022 sounds like something might be turning the fireplace on or off which is something to look into on its own. easy fix is to set a timer for like 5 mins. if timer is running -- send notifcations start timer. then it should only send once the timer is expired. That part is working perfectly, but I get three notifications every time it turns on and off. I also get multiple notifications for other things; I just used the fireplace as an example. I just turned off notifications on the website for the other two devices I am logged into, and now am only getting two notifications.
