Need Help Loading Back up

Recommended Posts

Good luck! Let us know if you come right,

Both of my projects have become too big to backup.  Apparently there will be a fix in an upcoming release (hopefully OS3.3).  My biggest worry at the moment is that something goes wrong and I need a backup (that would take me back many months and be devastating!)

Should be able to back up locally. I highly doubt your file would be bigger than my file was at some point....if it is it got more convoluted than mine ever was, and you REALLY need to get that fixed....

It probably is too convoluted.   It must also be approaching 2,000 devices and drivers.  Unfortunately I cannot back up locally although C4 technical support have identified the issue and it will be fixed in “an upcoming release”.

Hmm. Those numbers really shouldn't be an issue as far as I can tell..... I'll check in with support one of these days to find out about this 'identified issue' - assuming it's a general issues, and not something VERY specific to what you have.
