Hi,

   I did a quick research on home automation and bought a control4 product at auction here in Japan (like eBay in US) and only after I found out I needed a dealer to configure it, as there is no dealer here in Japan, I tried to contact Control4 Customer Advocacyy, but they said the following:

Hello Nakao,

Thank you for contacting Control4.  I'm sorry regarding your question, as we do not have any support in Japan currently.  We don't sell any product there, and we only sell through authorized dealers.

I'm not sure how the equipment you mentioned was offered as auction item, as again we do not sell direct.  You would likely need to return the equipment as there is not an option to buy or service equipment in Japan.

I apologize for the inconvenience, please let me know if you have any questions.

There's a few online dealers who should be able to help you.. You'll need a dealer to at least add the drivers and do basic configuration anyway. Definitely a CA10 though? (as thats the top end unit)
