RAV Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 Just confirming, only NON light bulb device currently is the plug in outlet. Not compatible with their wall dimmer, motion sensor, cute button or remote? (like that it's not cloud reliant!) Quote

We haven't tested this but am basing it off the API specs Quote
Andrew luecke Posted March 23, 2023 Posted March 23, 2023 Hey guys. Just 2 things: 1. We released a new update today which fixes a bug with the CCT setting via properties (if you were having trouble) 2. If you require grouping of lights, we have released https://chowmain.software/drivers/control4-chowmain-light-group which you can now use to group the lights (and its designed to be generic, so you can even group Wiz with Shelly, or TPLink, or even Hue). dw886 Posted March 31, 2023 Posted March 31, 2023 If you use a WiZ trim (like the Halo WiZ) behind a standard Control4 Keypad Dimmer, does this mess everything up as the power to the trims is being cut / restored when the light switch is turned off/on? We have a customer that is looking for some tunable trims to replace the existing trims outside so they can control the color for different holidays. Quote
Andrew luecke Posted October 16, 2023 Posted October 16, 2023 Good news guys. New Wiz Driver has been released (and is a major update). Make sure you reboot your controller after updating, as the driver adds a lot of new major functionality including: 1. Support for all preset Color features such as Color-Fade/Dim-To-Warm on dimming, Previous-On and Preset 2. Improved support for Configurable Keypads and Keypad LED colors 3. Major Performance improvements 4. Better auto-detection of CCT (to use, set Light Type to Auto-Detect) And a heap of other new features Quote
Andrew luecke Posted January 17, 2024 Posted January 17, 2024 G'day, A new Update has been released today, which should improve a few things. Still working on updates to the other drivers (sorry for the delays) Quote
Andrew luecke Posted February 19, 2024 Posted February 19, 2024 G'day Guys, We've pushed an updated driver today for this as well as Shelly and Govee 1. Even more performance works to reduce system latency overall. Especially with Debugging enabled, worst-case benchmarks showed a CPU processing time drop from 6.6s to 0.06s for 10000 log entries (28x-100x speedup). Other benchmarks showed a 9-22ms improvement for certain operations (which in some circumstances may have appeared to be a random CPU spike every so often). Either way, even lower end controllers should operate better now 2. Scenes will work correctly now on CCT Only Wiz lights (in this case, there were no reports, but a few people using certain lights were reporting some random issues that maybe related) 3. You can now see diagnostics for ALL Wiz drivers in one click 4. Huge new Diagnostics tools, which not only identify more potential issues with our drivers, but, also if your Control4 Controller might be experiencing certain issues 5. Improvements to commands to improve light latency. This only affects some people however Andy Quote
