@abemoore mom guessing you have the matrix “smart” amp, OP had the “dumb” amps do you have att as your ISP and are you using their router? when did you inherit the system and what is different now that at that time? repair costs sound about right. C4 gear has a 2 year warranty and that’s tracked by the MAC address so hard to fudge it

Are you trying to use it as a DVD player or just get on/off primarily? It’s more fun to use a bell in wemo with insight the chowmain driver

Hmmm EA3 hardwired or WiFi? How many WiFi networks do you see? zigbee should be on ch25, is there a range extender in use?

Also who is your ISP and are you using their router?

I’m asking what the system stops doing when you have to call the dealer for support? zigbee devices don’t work (lock, Remote, lights)? music won’t play? app won’t connect? or just entire system crashes? do you have an EA1/3/5?

It's been a while since I set it up, but IIRC once you add the master driver and login/authorize the account it pulls in all the devices automatically on said account. May need Cpro to do so. My guess is it's not setup properly or maybe you added devices after initial install? cannot answer the geofence question. My best will go "away" then my dog wakes up for some water or food or to bark at the door for no reason and makes my system think someone is always home. Or she's smart and gets hot and knows how to turn the air on
