No offense, but I'd strongly reconsider this project if you're hunting for the "MAC iD chip" and believe that a surge protector should have prevented any kind of power related failure to the unit.
I stand corrected. That's awesome! I'm on the Yale assure SL's and I can't see them anymore from the app. Very cool feature for the v2! Thanks for clarifying!
Yes, it disables auto unlock. The Yale app can no longer communicate with the lock. You would have to put together a geo solution for c4.
Edit - I'm wrong.
I did. You were asking if anyone had issues with neeo on unifi. Someone with a similar setup and MAC has issues while I do not.
I believe these may actually all be TI chipsets, just different runs of the chips (not entirely positive).
I'm on the TI chipset neeo (2c:ab:33) running 4 Unifi AP's with zero issues.
Someone in this thread has a TI chipset neeo running Unifi and has issues with the neeo.
If it's set to the wrong room (a room named "empty"), Hit the list button, then up arrow, then select button, then select the correct room it's supposed to be in.
I'm on Android in the US, app 323.3.08. address is already set as US. My account is setup for auto renew at customer.control4.com.
I don't have the option under settings / 4sight for auto renew in the app, have the contact smart home pro button instead.
I may be the outlier here but the Yale august modules with c4 was a terrible experience for us. Would work for a few days and then lose state (even though everything worked from the August app). Gave up and went with the c4 zb modules on a few of our locks. They work perfectly.
Check in HE to make to make sure that the Aux you've assigned for pool lights isn't setup as a Toggle. You need to select the option for your lights (i.e. Jandy LED Water colors). Once you do that, clicking on lights in the app will bring you to a screen where you can select your color (from the default Jandy list). Latest driver is version 23 from 11/1/21.
Look for your Lutron processor on the left (under Monitoring).
Select it and click properties on the upper right. It should show on the properties tab along with pairing info, online status, etc.
Plop me into the "no connectivity issues with NEEO" camp. I have to wonder if there were different revisions using different chipsets. Seems like everything I read is either it works awesome or it doesn't work at all.
I'm on ubiquiti, 4 AP's.
Wifi sleep mode is under NEEO settings in Composer HE.
You don't have to double NAT if you can put your isp router into "bridge" mode.
I would STRONGLY suggest that if you're going to build out a multi AP network, you ditch Netgear WAPs.
