  1. Add the my playlists and stations drivers. I actually kept the mini apps around for my wife. The my playlists one pretty much negated that. We have the mini apps hidden in most rooms now. Just a suggestion.
  2. You can update each of the drivers yourself in HE (it's how I do it). Composer never prompts me with a bluos update. 3.2 works fine for me.
  3. Adding a screenshot of the new hamburger menu (android). And shout out to @chopedogg88 as usual for the upgrade, incredible service, and just generally being a kick ass dealer.
  4. NAD CI-580 here (4 bluos players). Running the 3.2.0 driver downloaded from the NAD website on everything (players, mini apps, zone network, etc.). If I hover over each device in monitoring, they show 3.01 or 3.06 in the hover. Clicking on anything in details shows the correct driver (3.2.0 driver in my case). Been this way since I've been on C4. I don't know why, and it doesn't seem to cause any problems. My CI-580 is running bluos 3.20.45. I only stream Qobuz, Tidal and TuneIn off the bluesound. I setup all of my logins in the BluOS app for the services I use. I use a few mini apps and mostly the individual players in C4. In navigator, I hide the "bluesound endpoints" and only expose the individual players (I have a couple going through external DACs that I want to be able to specifically select) and the mini apps (my playlists, my stations, qobuz, TuneIn, tidal). And, most importantly, hard reboot your bluos device after a driver or firmware update. They (bluesound) only occasionally list it in release notes, but it's pretty much the thing that fixes the thing when the thing glitches.
  5. On each Android device, I had to update the c4 apps, go to settings and do "sync settings" TWICE on each device. Never showed up after the first sync. Second sync caught it every time. Didn't reboot my controller. That being said, I'm curious to see where they take this. I liked the original c4 slide out menu. Interim, this feels like a change to train users for the next big change.
  6. I'm sure I'm missing something, but I'm not even sure why you would be trying to use a BAF over IR?
  7. Likely the power supply. Easy fix if you're handy. https://www.c4forums.com/search/?&q=Power supply&search_and_or=and If you replace it, you will likely need to get your dealer involved. If you go the replacement route, I strongly suggest reaching out to one of the many great remote dealers on this forum.
  8. You might want to see if Sonifex has a solution. I do something similar to what you describe, but in a mastering environment. I use the rb-pmx4 as a "fixed mixer" to feed 9 inputs to 3 outputs (all balanced xlr, and a mix between consumer and pro gear gain on the ins). It's a set and forget device, sonically transparent. Im not sure if they offer something larger to handle 11 outs (or you could use 3 of them for 30 in and 12 out) but it may be worth talking with them. They have lots of good "problem solving" gear and the quality is excellent.
  9. Silly question, but Is there a way in HE to move Bond fans from lighting to the comfort menu?
  10. I was hoping to use the Axxess DCM5 (the control4 ZigBee one) to control 5 channels of single color dimmable LED strips. It appears to work for that, but all 5 channels are somehow "grouped" (I don't have dimmable control over individual channels - all channels dim to the same levels). Is it possible to have dimmable control over individual channels with this device or did I misread the description?
  11. That strangely sounds a lot like a turbo spooling and fluttering.
  12. If you're streaming from your controller, you need 2 accounts, 2 drivers. 1 stream per driver.
  13. If you're sure it's not something set in the hue app (or even a routine in Alexa), are there any room wake or sleep timers (agent) set to use that load in c4?
  14. Controlled by this single switch? Or separate switches? A Shelly per switch.
  15. Nah, 2 motors tied to one 24v power supply (wired by a 9 year old). No offense to 9 year olds. @booch called it. Shelly plus 2pm.
  16. That's the AC to DC power supply (24vdc 150w) for the motor(s). What does the black sleeved pair of wires on the left connect to?
  17. Fwiw - I have one of these sleeves for my Neeo. It's actually very nicely made and fits well. Only issue is the remote doesn't fit into the charging dock with the sleeve on. It's easy to put on and take off, but I'm the only one that remembers to do it so it stays off most of the time. Would be nice if there were some kind of fold up flap on the bottom to make it easy to keep the sleeve on and dock the remote. Really hoping they do that with the Halo sleeve. On another note, I would really like to see a next gen remote someday with qi charging so I could ditch these silly docks.
  18. I hate typing on phones. Not sure if full metal data is this... Or this..
  19. I can't speak for Savant, but my old Elan remotes were wifi only and had zero battery life or communication problems. I had multiple wifi remotes from 2 generations dating back to 2016. Nowhere near as sexy as the c4 remotes, but I got full meta data and had no issues with the remotes while on elan (which was until a little over a year ago). Certainly not advocating Elan, just saying that wifi remotes aren't some impossible thing to get right. FWIW - my Neeo has been every bit as solid and twice as nice.
