cannemi
Has anyone ever had issues with this using getting DHCP to work. I plugged this into my network and everything seems to be fine with DHCP on my end, but I cannot get the unit to pull and IP at all. I am thinking there might be something wrong with hardware. lippavisual
Also, do you have an OVrC hub installed on your network? That is also a recent bug that causes the AMS to lose IP info.

cannemi
My dealer was able to get it in composer pro and then able to set the IP statically. Once I had the IP set statically everything came up and worked fine. Thank you for the suggestions!
JSTRONG
Hey Canemi, was it already set to a static ip address? Or was it just having trouble getting an ip address from your router?
