RAV
Frankly, Nano should be made available as POE one gang decora device and loose the USB C power thing. I like the simplistic nature of the Nano by itself. But not a fan of the square and circle look together.
tdougray
Yeah I agree but would be nice if you could power both from one back box location

I agree completely. Josh.ai nailed the functionality on Nano but completely missed with the form. POE decora would solve so many problems. A single gag decora in comparison is large, ugly and limited in placement. The design and success of the Nest Tstat is an example. After all the whole purpose of JoshAI is to reinvent how we control and interact in our spaces.
WhyPhy
The current design is great when not placed near a light switch. A decora form factor or decora adapter plate would be much better for mounting in the vicinity of light switches, which must be common or else the Lutron product wouldn’t exist. As for the USB-C POE adapter, they could have done better.

The Lutron ecosystem isn't the same and so they were accommodating in creating a visibly 'together' solution which I imagine will help sell a Lutron keypad and Nano for every room. This is also a secondary market for them, luxury design and clients in mind first and foremost.
dinom
My Lutron dealer posted this picture, but believes it’s just a prototype wall plate right now.
