This driver is manufacturer sponsored and is provided free of charge. What models does this driver support This driver is developed for the Cinema 700, Cinema 800 and Cinema 1200. It may work for other models as well that use the same API. How do I find out more information about the driver? Please see the links below for more information about the driver. Driver Link
  2. All drivers use START_VOL_UP and STOP_VOL_UP. Its just the way the architecture works. If you are concerned purchase a AVR that has discrete volume control or set the volume limit on your AVR. Your AVR should have a setting for maximum volume levels. That way you won't blow your speakers.
  3. Best of luck.. The driver will only start up a room on that one condition. Otherwise its something in a script that has been programmed by either yourself or your integrator. If it happens again and your integrator has issues resolving it get them to submit a support ticket and we'll work with them to pinpoint the issue.
  4. If that doesn't work your integrator will have to troubleshoot the programming you have put in through detective suite as you may have done something in programming to cause undesired results.
  5. Remove the room selected in the 'Auto Room Select' property. This will automatically select the source when Zappiti provides feedback that it is playing something.
  6. Glad to hear that its working for you now. For some reason the Zappiti guys made it the same version number which is why you need to uninstall then re-install. I asked them to increment it but they told me that the procedure we need to tell owners is to uninstall and re-install. I did the same method via Zappiti Services which worked for me.
  7. This is a Zappiti thing. No changes are required on the Control4 end.
  8. Zappiti have fixed the issue. Note customer's will need to uninstall Zappiti Video and install it again for it to work. No changes needed at Control4's end.
  9. It was reproduced by us. It is likely to effect everyone who is on the latest firmware. Anthony from Zappiti got back to me at the end of last week and they are investigating. No ETA yet. They're investigating.
  10. Please reach out to Travis Industries as they have opted to provide their own support for the driver. travisindustries.com (425) 609-2500

  13. Please get your dealer to contact us for support and we will assist. https://chowmain.software/for-integrators/technical-support The driver does not have any limitations during the 90 day trial.
  14. Cresson from Diamond Home Design reached out to us for assistance. We have been working with him on this and the last contact we had (4 days ago) we asked Cresson for logs capturing the problem so we can troubleshoot.
  15. The driver is no longer available. You will not be able to integrate Tuya.
  16. I don’t know the answer to that question. I’m not an expert at this system. I can tell you everything about the driver though. You should reach out to Ozuno for questions about their system.
  17. We'll be launching a FREE manufacturer sponsored Klipsch Cinema Soundbar driver shortly. Tested on Cinema 800 / 1200 but will work with all models. Supports ARC, streaming service meta-data and transport controls, sound modes + more.
  18. You will need to reach out to Ozuno for information. It does group multiple DALI lights together. You can have one light in muliple zones for reference. The zone can report state as minimum, average or maximum level of the members of the zone.
  19. Overview Ozuno is a premium lighting control systems company, that utilises extensive in-house technology innovation, engineering and development capabilities. They design, develop and produce lighting control and power management products specialising in DALI, Phase DIM, Ethernet, Emergency and 240V. The RAPIX Lighting Control system is a powerful, cost effective means for delivering smart DALI Lighting Control solutions simply and easily. RAPIX Lighting Control scales from very small and simple, to very large and complex. Control Lighting using DALI, including DALI phase dimmers and DALI relays. 100% DALI Compliant to IEC 62386. Supports DALI Device Type 8 for colour temperature (tunable white) and RGB. Program offsite to save time on site. Designed in Australia by industry veterans. Driver Features Manufacturer sponsored FREE driver Bi-directional IP based communications / feedback. Ability to automatically import Zones (Light v2 proxy) Scenes (Light switch proxy) Flags (Experience button proxy) Ability to automatically detect capabilities of zones or manually set capabilities. Zone Features On Off Dimming Color Color Temperature Scene Features On Off Flag Features On Off FAQ How much does this driver cost? This driver is manufacturer sponsored and is provided free of charge. Where i can i learn more about RAPIX? Please visit the Ozuno website for more information about the RAPIX lighting system. What hardware will this work on? The driver will work on Control4 OS 3.3.0 or higher and will work with RAPIX Zone Controllers. We recommend updating RAPIX to the latest version of firmware to ensure compatibility. Note it will not work with RAPIX eHub hardware due to the API we are using. What can I use flags for? Flags are on/off based variables used in RAPIX. This can be manipulated within Control4 to trigger RAPIX programming. It can also be used with RAPIX triggering Control4 programming. This is useful for when for example you want the flag change (eg button press) to trigger Control4 programming (eg all off macro). The driver will not connect even though the IP address entered is correct. The Control4 Director must be on a static IP Address and listed in the Unencrypted Connections list in the RAPIX project. See enabling third party control section of this document. The capability of the DALI load is incorrect. The driver will obtain the capabilities of the zone. Unfortunately not all Dali loads can be automatically detected due to non compliance to standards by certain manufacturers. As such if the capabilities are not detected then you can override the capabiltiies in the zone driver’s properties page. How do I find out more information about the driver? Please see the links below for more information about the driver. Driver Link
  20. We do have a Sky driver for Germany. https://chowmain.software/drivers/control4-german-sky If you are still having problems please reach out to our support team. We get asked this question several times a week. At present we do not have an API for the Glass / Puck. As such we cannot write a driver for it.
  21. Hue's are different as they utilise a bridge which has a group based API. TP-Link however does not have a group based API and each device is on its own. As such we highly recommend utilising lighting scenes to fire multiple loads together. Note they will still operate independantly. If you want to handle larger runs (30 meters indoors or 50 meters outdoors) we recommend the Shelly RGBW2 hardware with BYO strips. https://chowmain.software/drivers/control4-shelly-generic Shelly have produced a guide on how to use the RGBW2 including wiring practices.
  22. Given its worked for such a long period of time its likely the issue was caused by a drop out of communications. Certain control4 user interfaces sends a START_VOL_UP, STOP_VOL_UP and START_VOL_DOWN, STOP_VOL_DOWN proxy command via director to drivers. If communications is cut and the STOP_VOL_UP / DOWN command is not issued or received by the device (say due to zigbee or wifi issues - attenuation, interference, range, etc) then the driver will keep ramping forever. Regardless of who the driver is developed by. This even happens on drivers built via driver wizard / AVGEN in Control4 composer. This is the architecture of Control4 and has been the case since 2006 / Control4 OS 1.x
  23. The Shelly guys gave us some new devices at CEDIA (dimmer included). We have implemented support for the device in the beta version of the driver.
  24. We just copied and pasted what the Dahua guys gave us. You'll need to reach out to Dahua for support on this as they produced the firmware.
