If you were running an insecure Mosquitto service (i.e. Port 1883 and anonymous login) then you need to make sure your mosquitto.conf has been configured with the following entries as of 2.0:
listener 1883 allow_anonymous true
This was detailed in the 2.0 release notes here - https://mosquitto.org/blog/2020/12/version-2-0-0-released/
So maybe check your config file?
I did that already and edit my conf file with all the requirements of migration from v1 to v2, still it did not work, I manually reverted back and installed the old v1.6 Eclipse Mosquitto on top of v2 and everything is back to work again!!

It's working fine on 3.3.1 with an external MQTT broker.
I have an issue now since I updated the external broker to version 2.0 from version 1.0 Berto is not working any more, any guidance of what need to be done on Broker release to regain functionalities?

If you have an Apple TV, you might find the Infuse App is a better way of achieving this.
I have a mixed results with Infuse, I love it but it caches on your ATV, if u have lots of Apps and your ATV is 32GB, u will need to look else where aka Plex as Infuse will always reload contents and it’s annoying!

Thanks AMR. Sorry for not responding earlier. Life priorities in flux. Seem there is no "IP" tab in my version of Composer.
Yep, HE will not feature this, a dealer will need to help u sort this out

Apple is a very high “attach rate” vendor they package things to make u consume more of their services at an attractive price, wether u like it or not Apple Music have a huge customer base because of this!
-
Also get some cable management from Amazon as well, these wires looks flying everywhere
-
Without drifting more on the topic, there are good and excellent alternatives to Apple Music also the work arounds are there so we are not totally without Apple Music so a couple of clicks won’t hurt!

Am using Digital Loggers, these are DC pro guys not a fancy website but their equipment for sure works! UPS is APC, couple of them rack mounted versions

UniFi has a decent lineup as well if you need to check on them including a rack UPS options as well

We have frequent power outages, usually just long enough to make everything reboot. (So much for moving into the city.)
It's gotten to the point that I'm really worried about the hardware in my system. Dish Hopper, Core1, Lutron Pro bridge, router, switch, AppleTV, Xbox One and the Sony OLED TV. It often cycles quickly, on/off/on/off/... and that's my main worry.
U can protect most of ur devices with delay plugs to protect it from the ON/OFF electricity fluctuations, it introduces 15 secs delay not to connect electricity to devices instantly after power restore, within this 15 secs if its cuts off again or volts drops below certain limit then no harm as it’s still powered OFF, cheap stuff works like magic, u can UPS protect ur Core1, I don’t believe protecting Apple TV with UPS as the cost will be 2 much for such a cheap device!
You should be worried more about your fridge and washing machines, these are the most affected ones with rapid ON/OFF
Am using these in my summer house, Sollatek Voltshield Automatic Voltage Switcher, EA1 is UPS protected thought, u can find alternatives in US for sure

HC800 is main and two HC250 along with audio matrix, amplifier, video matrix (Atlona).
In this case ur upgrade path is clearer and will cost u less, OS3 is a significant UI upgrade to OS2, functionalities is x100 times and it’s much better and modern and most importantly supported with advancement release every single year, if u r using the 250’s for ZB and OSD is not that important u can ditch the 250, get some ZIO to increase ur ZB coverage and u can upgrade the HC800 all the way up to 3.3.0, then u still can add EA1’s for OSD later, and change main controller to Core or EA3/5 depends on ur number of devices, as it’s not clear if u r using any lighting control or else.

At this point, you probably want to upgrade past os 3.3.0 by the way. I wouldn't even be using hc800's if possible
Depending on project size and budget available, not every one with a blown controller will dump thousands of dollars all of a sudden, he can for sure restore his setup and plan for a future upgrade!

Thanks everyone for the great insights. I had a power failure and I'm in a similar situation with my T3 touchscreen (1 dead out of 3). I've downloaded the package of tools and image, but I really need the 2.10 image for the T3. Does anyone have one? Alternately, can I use the RKD tool to download it from another T3 I have that is working?
- Thanks!
Yes, you can try this for sure

One of my controllers need to be replaced. Any idea how much a new one costs? Thanks.
If you have HC800/HC250’s and u want to stay on OS2, for a failed HC250 replacement, get a used replacement unit of eBay $25-$40, if u don’t have other equipment like the old Infinity Edge Screens or the DS1 Intercom, I advise u to upgrade to OS3, just replace the 250 with EA1’s and ur HC800 can get u up to 3.3.0, of course a total upgrade to Core Controllers will be the best thing to do but it’s all about $$$
-
What is your main controller?

Kodi will not play on Roku, also there are no IPTV apps that will work on Roku as well, so understand the limitation, other zanzat it integrates flawlessly to C4, u’ll not complain from that

Can anyone suggest a good 70v system and amp that is cost effective? This is just for outdoor audio speakers around the perimeter of my backyard.
I already have a 1 x TS-AMS24 and 2 x TS-PAMP8-100. Currently I have 14 zones used for audio (but 3 of those are via stereo receivers in the rooms that have Video/Audio). This would leave me with 2 or 5 available zones?
70V allows for "daisy chaining" the speakers which would save a lot of wire and a lot of work. Would this not create delay/lag issues between the first and last speaker in the chain?
Not sure it will be totally in sync with the other regular speakers, I had bought a 70V amp 7 yrs ago for my outdoor and never hooked it up! I will try to dig out the info for you. If you need it OvrC enabled I believe Episode have many 70V models

Manual execution of the event work fine. What are the pucks everone refers to as I have light switches.
It’s for International markets outside US, 220-240 volts and fits retrofit jobs, installed inside your electric box that houses the switches, comes as Switch or Dimmer, excellent device works as a ZB repeater as well, I absolutely love it!
-
ZB issue are permanent? This Hit/Miss will affect any operation regardless if its automated or manual, first fix the signal issues, lights should be 100% working afterwards schedule it as u like, I have lots of pucks and it’s pretty stable with zero issues since it’s installed some years ago

Hello,
In my project I have 2 windows which when they are being open, my cooling system is turning OFF and respectfully when closed, the cooling system is turning ON with KNX wall keypad. But sometimes it is not working properly due to missing check-up on the window variable state (open, closed) toward the keypad. Is there some way to make some programming in order to send consistent updates on the windows states?Use something outside KNX! If your KNX is not providing a reliable state change then there is nothing much you can do but to use something else totally, I have the same setup with GE micro Window/Door Sensors that are integrated to C4, never ever missed an event!

Not totally sure what you mean by test versions? All the channel/app listings we have should be in that list, if the one you need is not on the list please contact support and we may be able to add in an extra channel.
He wants a trial license!

There is a new Geofencing Agent coming out soon for geofencing on both Apple and Android, I believe it’s in the final testing phases, let’s wait as any other option like IFTTT would be hit/miss, I use HomeKit Geofencing and it’s perfect but it’s Apple only!
