  1. Even tough I have iAquaLink too for the app, my original dealer recommended the direct serial adapter that hooks in directly to the Aqualink controller. Works without the cloud, so it’s fast and reliable. Just thought I would mention it as an alternative.
  2. Yes, through the the intercom app I get sound, but I have to “call” the doorbell. Strange that the camera feed under security does not have sound.
  3. When I view my Chime in either the C4 app or on my T4, I don’t hear any sound. Is this normal?
  4. Yes, it was a different password that I used when I added the camera to my network initially. I followed the instructions that my dealer sent me. You would have to ask him for the password, but the user name is probably admin (the default).
  5. Is this the elusive HTML setting page that we've been asking about for months? Sure looks like it!! Why wouldn't someone from C4 have told us about this? Thanks for finding!!
  6. Does the wiring for the Luxor fixtures require certain polarity, or can you hookup either of the 2-conductor wires in any order?
  7. Yes, but going through my dealer I get integration and programming included.
  8. Which fixtures are you using? Snap AV only has a few options and finishes available, while the FXL website shows many more styles. Looking at path lighting initially.

  10. Is FX Luminaire available for DIY purchase and programming by homeowner? Or is a dealer needed? i realize the C4 integration requires a dealer, but talking about the lighting itself.
  11. Funny, I use the C4 IP driver and it works fine. Had problems last year, but been solid for over 6 months.
  12. I used to have an RTI remote that was dual radio, both Zigbee and WiFi. WiFi was used for cover art, and Zigbee was used for sending commands quickly and reliably. Seemed to work pretty well. Having said that, my Neeo works perfectly on my WiFi, so the issues described here must be isolated.

  14. I’m not sure if it’s cloud based or not when local. I have fast fiber internet and never have upload speed issues. I’m replacing a Nest Hello that always showed smooth motion (and is cloud based). And again, on the T4 it’s fine, just when using the Intercom app.
  15. I see the same issue with my living room EA1. I don’t use the onscreen display much, but it does seem silly you can’t view the Chime video.
  16. Tried with my wife’s iPhone, same choppy motion. Also tried with my phone again but only on 4G, and it is still the same. When I say the motion is choppy, i really mean it’s not fluid. The motion slows down then speeds back up every few seconds. Very obvious when someone is walking away or towards the camera. Audio doesn’t seem to me affected, but I haven’t studied it too much.

  18. Am I the only one seeing this? I’m not sure how to debug, but next step is to load Intercom Anywhere onto my wife’s iPhone and see if I get the same results.
  19. When someone rings the Chime and I answer through Intercom Anywhere, the video is terribly choppy, pausing every few seconds, then catches up. What’s weird is if answering the Chime via my T4, the video is very smooth. And using the same iPhone with Intercom Anywhere to the T4 (instead of the Chime) also works perfectly fine. So not a consistent issue with Intercom Anywhere, just when communicating with the Chime. Any thoughts?
  20. I was able to log in finally after rebooting my iPhone. Thanks for the input everyone.
  21. I just got my Chime installed and the Intercom Anywhere app has been working OK for a few days. But today it wouldn't ring when someone rang the doorbell, so I tried logging out of the app and now tried to log back in. Now it's saying my login credentials are incorrect (says it can't validate my account). I'm using my standard customer.control4.com email and password, and it does not work. Any ideas? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as noted above, but no go. Thanks.
  22. And the 10” are still on back order too. I have a defect in the frame of mine, and still waiting for RMA replacement going on 2+ months.
  23. How are you playing AppleTV content on your T4? Looks great!
