You need to have a matching version of composer to the installed version before 3.0
if dealer, you should be able to download from SnapAV site.

We have also starting using the Phillip Hue Plugs - You have to light driver to get them work with C4 - But if
you have the Hub it will safe you some CASH

As Dinushan has also suggested, if you go for more sophisticated control methods such as DMX you can get full control in 0.5% increments across the entire 0-100 range.

Yes, funnily enough that is exactly what they are designed to do. Virtually unlimited scalability and non fixed format matrix configurations too.
I personally use the Blustream Multicast solution instead but there are many IP solutions out there, many of them very good indeed.

If you have a single UI and the 30 lights with no automation, then it might work.
As soon as you add lighting scenes or more UIs (like 10 touchscreens and a few mobile devices), then you will want at least an EA1.
The CA1 wouldn't fail on it other than commands being delayed or slowed.

Has anyone else noticed that the new OS3 Mobile app takes much longer to connect and open than it did on OS2? I’m talking about a local connection (haven’t tried a remote connection since updating yesterday).
Also, it was my hope that mobile devices could have their own unique favorites for each device (IE: my wife’s different than mine) as well as being different than the OSD. That doesn’t appear to be the case...but want to make sure I’m not missing something?

Your dealer will need to do this or if you have Composer HE you can do it.
Click on the room in composer, go to the Navigator tab, select shades, modify.
