indecision got a reaction from BY96 in Remote Programming Services Offered
Ari,
I am also a C4 dealer/installer and just want to say how much I appreciate the insight and contributions you have made to these forums through the years. That takes a lot of time that you don’t get paid for but greatly strengthens the C4 community. I hope to work with you in the future!

I also love the the Kasa switches and Chowmain driver. About 30 devices installed and always finding reasons to add another.

Thanks Ryan!

indecision reacted to esanto1 in Spotify and C4
Hi All,
Considering getting C4 mainly for security but thinking about adding Spotify as well now. I currently use Spotify through Sonos and have 2 zones setup. Recently started experiencing issues where the music pauses for a few seconds and then resumes. I read somewhere that this could be because the music is being streamed from my phone to Sonos so it’s a buffering effect.
If I did Spotify through C4 (replaces Sonos), I’m guessing it would address the problem if I imitated Spotify from C4 as it would stream the music via the wired connection. Could I still use my phone to play Spotify music? If so, would it suffer the same buffering type issue and occasionally pause the music?
Thanks

indecision got a reaction from Time2Jet in TP-Link Bulbs [RESOLVED]
When I installed them in my home system, I believe that I added the driver to the room that the bulb was located in. Then I entered the MAC address for the bulb that I wanted the driver to find before selecting auto discover. Auto discover really just grabs the IP address of the bulb that you want to add. The documentation tab in Composer should walk you through it.
