That assesses your project hardware and tells you if it is possible to update to OS3. In any event, he's not being very helpful/doesn't know what he's doing. chopedogg88 Posted June 21, 2019 Share Posted June 21, 2019 If the option to update to 3.0 wasn't there then the dealer wasnt using Composer 3 and therefore wouldn't have been able to even run the upgrade assistant utility to find out that there was an incompatible driver in the project. Cyknight Posted June 21, 2019 Share Posted June 21, 2019 True, but we're rather short on details, and speculating on a single sentence of information In other words, either the dealer is completely incompetent, lying (maybe because he doesn't want to update any systems yet, though why they wouldn't just say so....) - or we don't have the right information. I can tell you I have two clients that I indeed CAN'T update to OS3 because of a driver that is using an old proxy, for which there is no alternative (yet).
