Although they don't specify it supports garage doors they can't say it does due to laws in certain american districts which don't allow for control over garage doors without visual feedback. Neo1738
So will it work is the question, and if it does then you just need contact sensors no?
HRT
I think the bond can do rolling code RF (modern garage door) but only ones publicly available (somfy shades) so I don't think you are going to get it to work.
cdepaola
Garage door laws are a good example of government overstep. We can walk around with guns but can’t control a garage door? Pfft. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
Matt Lowe
if you cant get it to work you can use a z2io and a contact devices rather inexpensive solution to have the peace of mind. alanchow
DWRobinson
I know this thread is talking about garage doors and Bond, but thought this is as good a spot as any. We are using a SainSmart RJ45 TCP/IP Remote Control Board with Integrated 8-Ch Relay at our house. Hard wired so takes a lot of the variables out of the equation. At $45 was a pretty inexpensive way to get it integrated. Put one button on the keypad for each of the 4 garage doors and has been rock solid for years. https://www.sainsmart.com/products/rj45-tcp-ip-remote-control-board-with-integrated-8-ch-relay
