Amazon music logged out and won't authenticate

Tried to start Amazon Music the other day on the C4 app (Has been working for a couple of years) and the app said authentication required and sent me to an authentication URL that says approval is successful but Control4 still says Amazon Music "logged out". Continually approving doesn't change anything. Driver is version 66. Removing and re-adding driver doesn't help. Removing approval on Amazon's side and re-adding it doesn't help.

I had the same problem with Tidal a week ago.  Waiting half an hour and trying again sorted everything for me.

Seeing the same issue with a HC-800 running 2.10.6 and Amazon Music Driver version 66.

I'm not sure what is the cause, Amazon end or Control4 end but very frustrating!

Would be interested to hear the fix.

 

I have a second system with an EA-5 running OS3 (3.2.3) software and no issues with that, so I do wonder if its an OS2 issue?

Talked with a few on the dev team. It is possible to log in, but the flow for the UI isn't intuitive. The dev got where you guys are and then clicked in a few non-intuitive places to finish the login process.

There is a bug written up that will be looked at.

Hopefully the driver is enabled to be autoupdated in your projects, so they will update when a fixed version is released. If your projects do not have driver autoupdates enabled, then you will need a dealer to update the driver with Composer Pro.

I think you've helped me identify my error condition. I don't have any URL shown in the Navigator UI. Android, HDMI out (EA-5) or touchscreens. Attached is the android mobile screen shot.

the driver version is 62, the OS is 2.10.6. Seems like there are a few issues with this driver.
