Sirius not playing

So this morning two Sirius channels (coffee house, and symphony hall - which are presets 1 and 2 in every room's control driver and assigned to keypad buttons through the house) stopped working - other presets are working ok (presets 3-5) but these two aren't.  I'm not seeing that there's a driver issue (I'm using sirius xm driver version number 105) or a channel change.  Is anyone else having this issue?  Here's the debug log after preset 2 selected:

EDIT: I tried logging out and back into my account on the driver which only screwed up the favorite numbers everywhere - and it did not help on these two channels.  Really don't know what's going on here.....

EDIT 2: Trying to play these channels from within C4 app and directly selecting them causes the channel to not play - but others do - and all channels are working to stream directly from the sirius app itself (those that are and those that aren't working in c4) - so this feels like a driver interface with their systems issue.  Also, FWIW, removing Sirius favorites in control 4 app and re-adding in room control driver as a preset doesn't work.

 

Can anyone else confirm whether their native C4 sirius xm can play either of these two channels?  That might confirm whether this is on the server end or our system....

@Dueport  Just checked and Coffee House is not working for me either. My other favorites play normally but not that one.

Coffee House, Symphony Hall, Lithium and BPM aren't working for me either.  Looks like a bigger issue than just the two stations at first glance.

Check the channels.....i just checked the app, and coffee house isshowing as Channel 6....not sure but thought it was originally a different channel. note, check on phone, not C4.

just checked the Sirius app as well as C4 and both are showing Channel 6 for Coffee House.  Coffee House plays fine through the native Sirius app as well as through my Amazon Alexa though.

Thank you @Jeff W very helpful - I confirmed too that I can't play those (including Lithium and BPM) either through the native C4 integration.

I can confirm that here too.

 

Wonder if Sirius changed something and these channels either got changed or didn't get changed but either way this seems to be a bigger problem - not sure how to get this fixed......

Just checked the C$ app, unfortunately Coffee house won't play, even though it playing on my phone app. This is odd.

Hopefully we get an upgrade that fixes it and adds the streaming only channels (one can wish).

This has been an on going issue for over a month with random channels. I know another dealer brought up no shoes radio didn't work on a private group and I was having problems with indie 1.0 channel 714. I went through and a bunch weren't working I don't use. indie 1.0 started working again for me recently.

Also if you can confirm if it's not working for all interfaces you have not just T3/T4s if that's where it occurs?  
Meaning if it's reproducible on a T3 is it also reproducible on Android or iPhone.

Putting the URL from the debug on stations that don't work come up with a 404 error in a browser.

Putting the URL from the debug on stations that do work lets me save the stream in a browser.

Interface: iOS (iPhone 13 Pro Max) running 15.5;

Interface: T3s (all including table and wall);

Interface: MacOS (Mac Studio) running iPad app

Interface: keypads (wireless keypads and keypad dimmers) with buttons programmed to cycle room presets in room control driver where those presets are these channels (so for example: click button once room should play coffee house but doesn't; click again, should play symphony hall (preset 2) but doesn't; click again, plays 80son8 (preset 3) properly, etc.  Before yesterday morning (when first noticed this issue) everything had been working perfectly and these are used multiple times a day throughout the house.

Like @Jeff W, the issue occurs on all interfaces; I'm also happy to send logs if helpful; and I can confirm the issue is with those same channels (Symphony Hall; Coffee House; BPM; and Lithium) at least (haven't checked every channel).  I confirmed the stations work on the Sirius app directly and on vehicles with sirius radios.

I’m having the same issue with the Watercolors channel.  Using iPhone app and Director version 3.2.2.  Other channels like YachtRock and 80s work in the app.

Having the same issue with Siriusly Sinatra (70) - it will play 70's on 7 but not many other channels. i can also stream Sinatra through my phone app but not through the controls. I wasn't sure if the problem on my end or Control 4's...

We just discovered tonight that all this seems to be fixed!  I've used keypads, app, and TSs and verified that Coffee House and Symphony Hall are both working for us again.  Also checked the other channels others have mentioned: Seriously Sinatra; Lithium; BPM; and Watercolors.  Can others verify things are working again for you?

So it looks like they might have fixed this?!  That's amazing - huge thanks to @Jonathan, C4 Engineer and @Darin, C4 PM UI for your help getting this resolved so quickly!
