SRQUser
Have a C4 switch here that controls NOTHING. I push it on or off, and I see no lights changing. BUT, it keeps flashing 2 green lights. What does that mean? My C4 Installer went out of biz. I've been looking for other C4 dealers to service my account, and finally found one a week ago. He came here & set up a few things. But he reprogrammed our shades that were supposed to gu up every morning, but now 4 of the 5 don't. All 5 used to go up before he "reprogrammed." So I'm reluctant to call this guy back, but wondering what this is all about. IMG_5213.MOV
South Africa C4 user
I’d suggest getting a remote dealer to log in and sort some of the basics out in your system. They should be able to very easily sort out your blinds and this light switch (which looks like it is no longer linked to the Control4 Zigbee network). There are a couple of really good dealers on this forum who offer remote services.
mujtaba.khokhar
That’s there is the zigbee signal indicator which he’s obviously forgot to turn off. helped loads of people out on the forum, PM me if you still require help Thanks Muj
SRQUser
I am very reluctant to give someone online who says they are a C4 dealer all my log in info (I assume this is necessary). How do I know the person is legit? It's really frustrating though - for 2 years I've been trying to find someone who would come here & service & maintain my C4 system. I finally find someone, and now things that were working before he came are not working.

And there is a subforum here of remote dealers offering their services and dozens (if not 100's) of reviews https://www.c4forums.com/forums/forum/26-looking-for-an-integrator/

Fully agree with this. You can add @mujtaba.khokhar (who commented earlier on this thread) to this list and another 5 or 6 excellent dealers on this forum.
