My Hunter Hydrowise works nicely with C4. Set up a few "water now" buttons for different areas to give extra water....

nope, i have the same problem, i bascally have to select max from the shield's menu since the minim app won't work

on top of that, they should have just thrown in a row of the colored buttons on the bottom, that would have been really nice

I am doing exactly what you're looking to do.... Have your dealer install the drivers posted on GitHub. https://github.com/RoonLabs/control4-roon-driver You don't need a nucleus with these drivers, I run a macmini. Roon driver is now all opensource. You'll have 2 ways to control music with Roon -> either through the Roon app or through Control4 interface. The Roon driver in control4 will also show tidal. So just to be really confusing, you can also control Tidal direct through control4 or via roon through control4 or through Roon direct.....

Not sure if it's the same, but on my Touch my nvidia mini-apps are showing on the main screen. I also created a custom icon that shows.

good question. yes, both the app and my trusty 260 will work when the halo stops. the reset on the halo works, but i'll have to figure out what happened to cause the problem in the first place..

So twice now, my halo touch just stopped controlling anything. It’s still on the network, I can change devices, but nothing happens. if I go into composer and restart the remote it works. anyone know if there’s a bug? anyway to reset the remote without Composer?

The world is pushing to streaming services - even bluray sales are down 20%........ So it's hard to see how these companies can maintain... Plex has always been a great alternative and very flexible with platforms... unfortunately, it needs a bit more hands-on than the kscape's of the world. There are also a lot of add-ons from *arr apps to automate, so that's a major plus.

that may work thanks, but what i really want to do is customize my Halo display to bring out the customized buttons focused on the current options selected. So i basically am looking for a menu tree, if that makes sense.

Is there a way to create multiple menus, or different set of favorites? the use case I am trying to create - 1. I have my main menu with it's set of custom buttons. 2. after selection, lets say device 1... i now want to show a new menu that may have different buttons to show. thhanks

I don't know if it's been asked... but I've never been able to do airplay via shairbridge and get maintain the lipsync. I assume there's some buffering on the C4 side since it does have to cross the C4 network. I tried it once also to my blusound node but also didn't have lipsync.

the simple and free version is to Turn on DLNA on Plex and use DLNA with C4. Also the C4 Tidal driver. the really nice way, if you have a very large music library, take a look at Roon - there are Roon drivers for c4.

In a residential scenario, you really don't need non-blocking. I'll use my own residential setup as an example...I have a Unifi aggregation switch with all 10g interfaces. On the switch, I have 2 of my NASs, my MacMini Server, my Mac Studio. The highest throughput is probably moving video files from server to studio to NAS. This can easily take advantage of the 10g interface, but I wouldn't have to worry about a non-blocking fabric since it's probably the only BW-intensive thing going on for a short period.

Ditto on the A2+. The only exception would be the A5+ but they take up a lot more desk space. Their customer service is beyond amazing.... My son has the A5s and wanted a replacement sleeve (shipping bag which is also very nice) and they had no problems just shipping him a new pair...

Never had a sync problem, but this might have jinxed it.....
