Cracking sound of speakers when ever is off is most likely the gain being turned up too high on the amplifier.

Plex or movies within Plex? I have a Plex icon in my navigator under Watch that when I select it automatically opens Plex. The Plex client is either running on a FireTV or a NVidia Shield in my house. So basically I don’t have to select Fire TV and then launch Plex. I select Plex and it automatically launches the Plex app on the FireTV

I have a ds918 running DS Video (Videostation) and Plex. DS Video worked very well. I started to transition to Plex because it integrates with my digital movie posters (movieposterapp) and you can set it to play a custom trailer before each movie which is something I plan to add to my theater setup. I have 12TB of movies so far, no issues. Mostly Blu-ray quality, but have about 40 or so 4k UHD movies.

NeverMind. I just did a switch reboot sequence in it and they are working again.

Had a few brown outs the other day and noticed one of my switches the LEDs aren't lighting up anymore. They were working before the brown out. As anyone seen this before? Everything else works as expected with the switch.

Flashing green usually means the switch has been reset to factory defaults and you need to relink it.

Can you actually buy just the small trim piece that snaps on an Aux switch underneath the rocker switch? I bought an Aux switch used, and that small piece is missing half the white coloring.

I may have just figured it out or at least something else to try. Instead of follow load do follow connection.

I was doing it through the key button settings in the driver. Top is Blue On, Black Off. And the opposite for Bottom. This works for good periods of time. Then all of a sudden Bottom switches back to Blue On and Black Off.

Maybe I should be clear on my desired state. Phillips Hue Color Bulbs connected to a SW120277 switch 1) In C4 App I only want the Phillips Hue Option to display so I have one listing for the lights with Color Wheel option. 2) When the Phillips Hue lights are turned on by the App, I want the SW120277 switch top LED to be Lit and the bottom to be Off 3) When the Phillips Hue lights are turned off by the App, I want the SW120277 switch bottom LED to be Lit and the top LED to be Off 4) When I press the Top Rocker on the SW120277, I want the top LED to be Lit and the bottom to be Off and in the App I want to see the Phillips Hue light to be on. 5) When I press the Bottom Rocker on the SW120277, I want the top LED to be Off and the bottom to be On and in the App I want to see the Phillips Hue light to be off.

And today it reverted again, so after 8 days and I have used the switch physically, through the app, combination of physically and through the app. Notice in the first image, under 2 button settings for bottom button colors with On being Blue and Off being Black. This just keeps switching. I will set it to On being Black and Off being Blue and eventually all of a sudden it will switch back to On being Blue and Off being Black. The setting only changes on 2 button keypad settings. The changes I make maintain every where else.

Hey Everyone, I have some Phillips Hue bulbs hooked up to a regular/non smart light switch. When I turn on the lights by flipping the switch from On to Off the Hue driver appears to update the state in the C4 app and shows the light as on. However, when I turn the light switch off the C4 app doesn’t update to reflect the light is off. is there a way to configure the driver or Phillips Hue to have the C4 app reflect state as off if I turn the physical switch off?

I actually have them set the same in both the Hue and the switch driver. However, I’ll do some testing to see if maybe it’s related. It will work correctly for days and then just revert.

I have two of these switches that are running Phillips Hue bulbs. With the recent 3.3 updates that include color wheel I switched the config of these switches to 2 Button Keypads and set the Bottom button Off color to blue and On color to Black. I don't have the timing down on how long it takes to revert, but after the change it will work for awhile in this config, but then eventually the settings revert to Bottom button On color to blue and Off to black. Has anyone seen this happen before. Im on version 7 of the driver modified 1/27/2021. Should also note in the 2 Button Keypad settings the Led set to follow load if that matters for why it is reverting the color settings for the leds. I have the same settings on the Phillips Hue driver that I have paired to the switch, and these color settings for the buttons don't revert. Any ideas?

Sounds like a problem with the receiver and it’s ability to do an appropriate handshake with the FireTV. Have you made sure both the FireTV and the receiver are on their latest firmware? I saw you tried a different HDMI canle, but have you tried a different HDMI port on the receiver? Is the FireTV a newer model or an older one. I have had a lot of FireTVs in my system. Like 6-7 at a time. I’ve definitely seen them go bad, but with my experience going bad would me the FireTv would hand from accepting new command repeatedly.

My NVRs was Lilin and Hikvision, I have 2. I’m running the latest version of everything with an EA5v2

I got home from vacation today. Bounced my controller and now it’s working fine.

Definitely something weird is going on with my cams through C4. I thought they were working the other day, but some cams are showing snapshots, others aren’t. Then when I click on the cam I get the wheel of wait. One set of cams is through a Hikvision NVR and one is through a Lilin. All cams work fine from the actual manufacturer app. This has been working for a while, so wonder if maybe my controller just needs a reboot or something. I head home tomorrow, so guess I will find out then.

No issues with mine either.

When accessing cameras away from your home, how does the system actual route to your cameras? I’m away from my house and my cameras no longer seem to work through C4. I can access them from both NVR specific apps I have on my phone though, so I’m just trying to understand how that routing happens when going across 4sight.
