Does it work with Alexa though, all 3? I wonder under the impression that a recent update like maybe 2-3 months ago broke Alexa + Hue integration when you had more than 1 Bridge.

Believe there are limitations on how many bulbs you can have to a single hue bridge. A friend of mine went all Hue and got caught up with that. He did Alexa integration, which also led to problems with so many Hue lights. He found a workaround to be able to integrate multiple hubs with Alexa. I forget what it was called though. If it ends up being something you need let me know and I will find out.

I have Kwikset. Like 6 or 7. I had one die, but Kwikset warrantied it without any hassle at all. Otherwise, knock of wood, they have worked out great for me this far. Been over a year.

If you go to the list view of your lights you should see a little dot in the lower right of the icon. You just press and hold and it will open up the interface that you can get to color wheel. Took me a second to figure it out myself when I first updated.

I know sometimes my young daughter will walk into an open room and say Alexa Turn on the Lights, and sometimes it misunderstands her and think she says All Lights. Super annoying. You can look on the Alexa site around the times it happened and see if Alexa is recording a command for All Lights. You should be able to see all commands it hears.

Yeah I’m getting much better performance with connectivity today. I’m also excited to see that they are improving on it the app.

Also experiencing slower connect times. I don’t see the “fast connect” icon indicators anymore when I look either. Didn’t there used to be like a lightning bolt or am I remembering something f else. With that said, my Hikvision cameras seem to be showing reliably again. Didn’t have any issues with my Lilin cameras with the previous version, but Hikvision was acting very strange.

I can let you know that mine is still working. Doesn’t help you fix your problem, but should at least let you know whatever the issue is is specific to you.

Yep that’s exactly what I did. I had an AC Infinity exhaust fan on the rack for about a year, but I added an intake fan to the bottom of the rack and also added a AC Infinity Receiver cooler directly on top of the receiver. So far holding up good, but still find it interesting I went maybe a year + without this being an issue.

Not sure what changed between yesterday and today, but today I’m not longer having this issue on either device.

iPhone 12 Pro iPad Mini 6 iOS 15.5 on both C4 App for OS3 latest with improved connectivity. Director: 3.2.4.615802-res EA5 v2 When trying to connect to active listening sessions to try to change volume it takes an extend time for volume and active session to display. Experience is 30 plus seconds of spinning wheel whether clicking the active session button in the upper right corner of the C4 app or if I got to the room and it tries to display what is currently active for the room. I’ve seen this with both Airplay listening sessions and Pandora so far, but other things could be affected too Currently connected through WiFi on same subnet as EA5v2, but same experience with 4sight

Is your solar powering the house or doing net metering? I have the same setup, but my solar does net metering. I installed a single sense setup for 2 panels. I installed the “clamps” inside my 2 generator transfer switches. One set per transfer switch. The only thing I don’t capture is energy usage when the house is being run on generator. I also don’t track solar production with Sense, my solar has its own production monitor. All works great, although I’ve never been super impressed with my Sense identifying devices and such.

This is great. For some items I’ve found myself defaulting to the manufacturers app because it would take so long for C4 app to open on my iPhone. Example looking at my security cameras, but now with this update I think I can go back to relying on C4 app vs doing some tasks in C4 and some in manufacturer apps.

While the available driver continues to improve, I’ve still found IRUSB to be the most consistent option to controlling FireTV series of devices. Which IRUSB is a device you plug into your FireTV that sends your commands to the FireTV, and then control that device from C4. I switched to the available driver with the latest version that was supposed to be much better, but after a week or so I switched back to IRUSB. I have about 8 FireTV cubes and TVs in my setup.

Update. So I recorded my receiver while I watched some movies. After 3 hours the LCD screen displayed High Temp and lowered the volume. I talked to Pioneer support and they told me playing my receiver at 70% for long periods of time is not advised. Lol. I was like you have got to be kidding me. They said the ideal volume setting is 50%. So much for their Elite receiver being “pro” class. If this is their stance I definitely won’t be buying another pioneer product.

I just installed 7 of these Hikvision ds-2cd2h45fwd-izs to replace some Pakedge bullet cams. Thus far I’m loving the picture quality in comparison to what I had. Additionally they feel extremely solid and with the turret style I think I won’t have adjustment problems like I did with bullets falling out of physical adjustment.

Anyone have any experience or feedback on them? Injust replaced all my Pakedge 4k bullets with a Hikvision 4k Turrets. Night and day difference in image quality. However, my 4k Lilin NVR doesn’t appear to be working well with the Hikvision cameras. I have to lower the stream resolution massively to get the feed to appear in the NVR, so I went ahead and ordered the HIKVISION-DS-7616NXI-I216P4S.

I’ve seen this happen with the iOS app, but it’s been awhile. It’s like the app is delayed with the slider. When it was happening if I used the +,- instead of the actual slider I wouldn’t have an issue.

To get Art Mode to work consistently on mine when in Programming, Under Actions select the Samsung TV and scroll down to Device Specific Command - Art Mode and use that command to turn on. That was the only one I could get to work consistently. Should also note when this command is issued after a power on tv command there is a delay like maybe 10-15 secs before Art Mode is launched after power on. Think it’s just a delay in the TV driver itself to hold commands giving the TV time to start up

What are you executing to turn on Art Mode? I have 2 Frame TVs and what I found is there are two options to activate Art Mode in programming, and one seems to work while the other doesn’t or only works sometimes. When I get a moment I’ll try to pull it up and post it.
