Client is king, but this looks like a piece of trash to me.

Maybe this is to futuristic but you might have a look at devialet.
Phantom 1 (custom version!) for example. These speakers are so powerful, they will blow your mind. 
Most visitors didnt even notice them as speakers. 

Hey guys, i received a faulty HC800 unit. Which is for sure: out of warranty.

i figured out, that the harddrive seams to be broken. Attachted it to a computer but it wont be detected. 

I want to replace that, but i need a image of the harddisk. Does anybody has on?

Can i read the harddisk from a different hc800 and rewrite it on a new device?

i little bit offtopic, but anyidea to transport audio to them without to much delay?

TV, Youtube and so on..

Wireless game controller range is not very long. I dont think that this will be a good ideal. 

The video can be shared with your c4 matrix. But i dont think that the endresult makes sense

get a 4k diva from hdfury and use them as ambilight

- Make sure that the room(s) that the driver is available in show a valid audio route for the minidriver (this is required for passthrough mode to work).

Note: If there is no valid audio path, after selecting the minidriver, you will not be able to control the media player/TV. Confirm you have a valid audio path by selecting the room in System Design and verifying audio path is yes for each minidriver.

on newer ipads this problem is solved. 

if c4 would add a screensaver to the andoird/ios app, i would recommend to go for that.
t3 is totally outdated and sluggish slow.

con: most devices only go for 4k30hz instead of 18gbit hdmi
 

Got a scenario where only one device can´t handle 18gbit hdmi.
So i reduced the output resolution from 4k60hz 4:4:4 to 4k30hz with a hdfury scaler
hdmi 18gbit matrix in background for video distribution

Tile works by BLE (bluetooth). There is no official API for that. There is an inofficial one, but you can only fetch latest lat and long positions.

I cant tell my clients that they need to upgrade to a ca10, because of faster connection speeds..

I dont know how communication inside c4 works, but i dont know any other smarthome that needs so much time for the connection.

Whole virtualcedia experience is aweful. 99% of the stuff is copy+paste from the company websites. No suprising news at all..

You need to wake up the car for getting and sending updates.
If you do this frequently, it will drain the battery

Would be better to do updates on request

Thanks for your help. I´ve used the universal mini drivers from c4 together with the sony tv driver. 

I solved the problem now. Shame on me! Audio path was not set correctly, after replacing the tv in the room. 

now everything works again. So, the bug is not software based. Its more a problem in front of the pc 

Having problems with the mini universal apps for the newest Sony tv series. (AG9)
When i choose a mini driver, the tv switches to the selected source (eg. netflix/amazon video) but the remote is ignoring any further input. Volume control is still working on the tv, but it seams that the driver did not understand that he still needs to control the sony tv as endpoint in the mini driver mode. 
I need to switch back to the "sony tv" as source and the remote is working again. 
i can debug the driver but the keypress is not visible in the log.  

is there anyway to tell the minidriver that he needs so use the tv as a endpoint for the remote controls?

Yes. I know, sadly! Most of my problems belong to knx and c4. 

btw: your driver is not encrypted. That helps me to get a better idea how drivers in c4 work aswell.
