South Africa C4 user
My Neeo remote is stuck on a screen saying System updating - unable to process commands while the system is updating. Please stand by. I have tried factory resetting the remote and it goes back to the same screen… Any suggestions?
chopedogg88
Have your dealer call tech support. They may be able to putty into it and flash the firmware. Or it may need to be RMAd. South Africa C4 user

Note dealer confirmed issue and couldn’t rescue.

NOTE: You will have to re-connect the Wifi and to the controller if you do this: Power off the remote, by holding the power button Turn on the remote, by pressing and releasing the power button, and as it's booting, press and hold the 'back' button. Continue to hold the 'Back' button until the remote comes up with the greeting screen. When you get to the 'greeting screen', you can then go through the first-time user setup. If you choose the same room as the remote was setup in previously, it should attach to the same driver as previously, and settings should be saved. Vercingetorix
You just need to have the Cerebellum service restarted.

tmj4
Interesting that you had this happen yesterday. Mine did the same between noon and 1 CT yesterday as well. Just had to force reboot it.

When I went to rejoin the CA10 after res4etting remote got similar error of waiting for an update and couldn't join a primary room. Must have partially locked up or something. I find the Neeo sometimes locks up for an hour or so after a reboot / software update. Neo1738
