HookedOnC4
Has anyone made the change from Time Warner to Spectrum cable boxes? Getting ready to change and was wondering if the codes are are the same or will dealer have to make some changes? I'm guessing no changes needed. msgreenf
Same boxes. Same codes. New marketing. Same crap Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
eddy.trochez
I'm in NYC and I just switched to a Spectrum package and got an Arris box, which is different from what I had before. I guess you can ask if you can keep your current box. I switched because the new Spectrum packages are more affordable.

Home Theater Advisors
Just switched had Scientific Atlanta Boxes, now have CISCO 4742s. Looking for drivers now.. Irritated.. Did you try it with the existing driver? It should work just fine. The boxes all use the same IR codes
SMHarman
Or switch to tivo with the current sale and get an ip based pretty robust solution
Rudi
There are different IR codes for some boxes. Doing an install right now. Two boxes are SA codeset. The third seems to be Pace or Motorola. Trying to figure out before I wind up learning in the remote
Cyknight
While I cannot comment on the specific provider, I generally find that codes change extremely little (IF you use the remote provided by the provider) - generally each provider loads their own subset of codes onto a box which remain the same across all models and brands (assuming it doesn't use a completely different technology)
Rudi
ok I found the code is a Motorola QIP. Codeset. Same that I use for Fios

CFUG
Control4. Start with that and add your own codes if needed. Most of it should work on the 3362 I would presume...
chopedogg88
Its actually smt-3260 in the driver database and we tried it but it is not working unfortunately. Next step is to make our own IR driver.
