CT-Mike
Is this something I can do myself using Composer HE? For example, if I press the red hot button, can I program the system so that it automatically switches to Amazon Video, green button to YouTubeTV, etc, or this a dealer only function? Thanks

robbie3130
I believe it’s on the room itself on the left hand side in programming. Colors show up in the drop down list (for selected?)
zaphod
As @robbie3130 said - go to the room on the programming panel on the left. Click on Commands and select the Color you want in the dropdown list. Then select what you want to happen from the Actions Panel.
elee532
Pardon me for jumping in, I'm trying to learn how to do the same thing with HE. So, i have the Blue button selected in the Programming pane, and I have the command selected in the Action pane. I can't figure out what to do from here to apply that command to the button. Thanks for any help!

Thanks for any help! That’s where I’m stuck also. I know that the next step is to select the action I want to happen and in the Actions pane on the right side of the screen - just can’t find the appropriate action - ie: switch to Prime Video. msgreenf
you should select the mini driver and pick that as the action
CT-Mike
I hate to be such a pain but how would I find the mini-driver that I am looking for? For Prime Video for example.
Cyknight
Do you have that mini-app available as a source under watch? If not, your dealer will need ot add it. If you do, under action you would go to the room you want, and use 'select video source' and it should be in the drop-down list
Elvis
@elee532 You drag these actions to the center window.

But, I tried and nothing happened. Maybe it's a touch screen limitation? I'm trying this from my Surface tablet. Thinking now that maybe I need to try with a mouse. Everything related to programming you will find in the programming section and then every device on actions and events will have multiple drop downs and multiple tabs. Unsocialtoaster
Bear in mind as well that if the driver for a source has a code mapped to the button (we use the colour buttons a lot in the UK for Sky/cable boxes, and TVs) then any programming you add here will be executed as well as the code already in the driver.
