I programmed a keypad button to turn on my favorite iHeartRadio station with Composer HE, 
Now I was wondering how do I turn OFF the music from my keypad button?

I programmed it “when the keypad button is pressed”

Is there another setting?

double tap / triple tap are options.  but if you use double and triple you don't use press, you use single/double/triple tap

So I can change it to “double tap”?

so one click turns on the music

and double click will turn the music off?

Yes you can

i use single to turn on, double to mute and triple to turn off

So I should choose the “triple tap” then correct?

Sorry, to clarify, everything stays the same, on the left I just choose triple tap and that’s it?

Another option is to use single tap, double tap and triple tap to play different sources and all of them to turn off the music if the room is on...

You chose the button and select triple tap on the left then add in the command to execute on the right

Yes that is exactly what I did.

but when I triple or double click the music does not turn off.

anybody know why?

Lemme guess, didn't remove the press programming and/or didn't move the press programming to single tap

FWIW I use a combo of the up and down volume keys to turn off AV -- experimented and like it the best.

Thanks, I thought about that as well. But got it to work with single, double tap.

I am new to all this stuff and still trying to figure it out, I know how to turn to on the music via a button using a double tap but  not sure what to do to turn it off on a triple tap with out turning off everything in the room

"Room Off" is only a/v room off, and wouldn't touch lights, blinds etc unless there is additional programming involded.

As such:

 

WHEN button x is triple-tapped
Turn off Room y

should do all you want.

In my home I put the Room control driver to have the music button cycle through pre-set favorites/Playlists.
Then I set-up a long press on that music button to switch off the music.
You need to use the Timer agent for that.
