  1. I've tried all the above and am still having trouble getting the devices to stay online. My dealer has looked into to this as well without success. Any further suggestions?
  2. Amazing Driver! I have a few devices connected to a CardAcess Heavy Duty Power Controller (pool pump, outdoor lights etc), is there anyway to get these discovered? I bought your hardware...what needs to happen to get this setup?

  4. Prior to moving to control4 in 2010 my previous automation system had that type of functionality with the 777ES. I just dont use the DVD changers much anymore
  5. Alan, the driver looks really nice. Unfortunately my T3 TS does not offer transport controls when a movie is played either. Without control of the movie this will be a frustration for anyone but educated users and unfortunately my family has been frustrated with work arounds in the past.
  6. One last question: I have 2 users under my Plex account called Kids and Parents, with the Kids movie database being limited. I also have created a separate driver instance for each client Roku Kids and Roku Parents. How do I assign a unique plex user to each library? When I use the driver fields no additional users are seen, when I use the switch user tab within the library no additional user as seen as well. When I use the inherent plex app on the roku I can view both users.
  7. After launching a movie, the IE touch screens have no control over the movie unless I back out and choose the control function. Is this the intended function, or should I immediately be able to control the media after launch?
  8. Thanks Alan and Johann. How do I bind multiple clients to the Roku passthrough (or cycle to the next client to make the binding)?
  9. Just so I het this straight how would I bind a roku that is currently bound to input 10 on my HDMI switch? WOuld I bind the roku passthrough HDMI to my roku unit then the Plex Driver DMI output to input 10 on the switch: Roku--->Plex Driver------>Matrix Switch
  10. How does this work with a matrix switch. I downloaded the documentation and would like to know how this might work in my situation as follows I have a 16x16 matrix switch and 4 different plex clients (2 rokus and 2 TiVo units). It looks like just a single client can be set up and requires binding to a specific TV. How is this done when using a centralized matrix solution?
  11. I have mobotix cameras as well and would love to get audio as well
  12. Anyway to upgrade my recluse version to this without a full repurchase?
  13. I just ordered several nest protect units in order to get alerts if a fire every occurs. I'll just return them if they don't send real time fire alerts within control 4. Ryan is this possibly just an error with the driver?
  14. The few vocal end users that care have been offering suggestions on innovation we would like to see. I like the product and am heavily invested in the eco system. If I was starting today however, I would be willing to wait to see how the apple presence in HA plays out before making any immediate decisions. Innovation that can be seen by the end user within C4 has been lacking for several years now.
  15. I was having similar problems, but EV has already released an update that solves this problem. Have your dealer look for the updated version.
  16. Well this is awesome news!!! The only question I have is: will an existing MyMovies database that has been manually maintained alongside my Control4 database be automatically merged or do I need to erase the Control4 database and allow it to import the entire existing Mymovies database 1st?
  17. Does this require the extravegetables Dune driver or can it work with certified DD driver as well?
