20230522 and it was set to 60. Doing basic math, at 9 current devices with a 60 second polling rate, I'll run out in 18.5 hours. So yea, that's my problem. lol

Did you have UAPSD enabled prior to getting the remote online? Enabling that really enhanced battery life for me.

Medium long press on "off" button and choose Restart. Long press seems to force power off. To do a reset, power off Halo. Hold "Back" physical button for 10 seconds while powering on. You'll need to re-add Halo via iOS app.

The TV icon above the directional pad button pulls up the On Screen. Or it would if my core controller could maintain a HDMI handshake.

I just did an OS3 upgrade and have an HC-800, put in a EA1. No issues, for me. However, you should take a look at the alarm compatibility. I have a GE NX-E panel and had a NX-587 module plugged into the back of the HC-800 for similar alarm events. The 587 is not compatible with OS3. So I'm trying to find a workaround, but there really isn't anyone around here that still supports NX panels. I've been told the NX-584 will work with OS 3, but requires panel programming.

Hey everyone, I assure you I'm alive and well. I took a few weeks off to tend to some urgent family issues. I'm extremely grateful for every remote service request I receive and I'm getting back to everyone as quickly as possible.
