    Keep in mind that you will need the Lutron Radio Ra 2 Select Bridge to make louvered blinds and shades work with Control4.

    Interestingly, Battery-powered HD and Lutron can be very close price-wise depending on the fabric. I sell both of these brands and sometimes it just comes down to fabric selection.

    Qmotion used to have tons of issues with their Zigbee motors losing their settings and disconnecting from the Zigbee mesh. Don't know if there are still problems with this.

    Who is Control4 currently using for their Weather Service info? I'm talking about the weather report you get on Control4 touchscreens when you push the temperature icon.

    Does anyone here think that a IRISB could function as an IR input for Control4 so that one could use a 3rd party remote with the latest Controllers? Can someone write a driver for this?

    For incandescent bulbs, according to Control4: dimming incandescent bulbs to 90% doubles the life of the bulb.

    After all the problems we had with Somfy motorization, I stopped selling them. Lutron or Hunter Douglas only now.

    Glad you like them. I know what you mean about being addictive. I have several Lutron shades in my home and love them. I have to live with the products before I can sell them to my clients.

    The best way to control garage doors right now is with a relay and a contact sensor. Z2IO is what we use.
