The driver supports both DIY mode and eWeLink mode. From the looks of things the POWR3 is compatible with eWeLink mode though we have not tested this ourselves. I highly recommend you utilise our 90 day trial before licence purchase to make sure it meets your requirements. Note that we do not support power monitoring for these devices.

I don't think that will fix it. I would put pressure on your dealer to resolve the issue as that most likely is not the issue.

If your dealer has issues resolving it they can escalate to Control4 tech support. They are there to help dealer's resolve scenarios such as this.

Volume down causing volume up makes no sense and there is nothing native to control4 that would cause this.

I would get your control4 programmer to review their programming as it could be due to bad programming statements as that could be the only real cause.

This issue most likely is caused by poor network communications.

In summary Control4 sends a proxy notification for START_VOL_UP and STOP_VOL_UP. If your control device has spotty communications (poor wifi, poor zigbee, etc) then it may miss sending the proxy commands.

As such it fails to receive the STOP_VOL_UP command.

Solution is to build a better wifi and/or zigbee network.

Comes with a remote control. It is a Smart by Bond device and offers two-way control / feedback (use the remote and the driver knows about it)

What are the requirements to use this driver

A network module must be setup and operational with A-Link for the panel. The recommended IP module for this panel is Bosch's B426-M module. This panel does not support serial control.
The Bosch Panel must be setup with a static IP
Firmware 2.1.0.2 or later is required. An installer is required to install the firmware.
Panel must be configured and operational before C4 driver installation. Refer to the panel documentation for details.

How can we manage access?

The driver will allow you to add / modify / delete users via Control4's navigator interface for PIN codes only. It does not support RFID, fingerprint or other forms of management. You will have to use the brand or official TTLock app if you want to manage non PIN based permissions. The driver will still obtain events from access via these non PIN based access.

Can I manage the Bluetooth, finger print and RFID access via Control4?

No. You will have to use the official Auslock app if you want to manage non PIN based permissions. The driver will still obtain events from access via these non PIN based access.

What brands will this work with?

This driver will work with any devices that are compatible with the TTLock app. Note that a gateway / hub is required for it to integrate to Control4. Gateways are either wifi based (G2 Gateway) or ethernet based (eg G3 Gateway).

Which models are compatible with the driver?

The driver is written to control the fireplaces using the Evoflame / E-Smart Cloud based API. It will work with any model that is compatible with E-Smart Cloud.
Note that given it is a cloud based API you must have internet access to be able to control the fireplace.

Can i schedule the fireplace?

The driver utilises its own built in scheduling due to limitations in the Evoflame / E-Smart Cloud API. As their schedules are not exposed throug the API we have had to implement our own.

Can i control lighting?

All compatible models comes with flame effects as standard. Additional flame effects can be purchased through the E-Smart Cloud app. The driver will pull in flame effects dynamically.
Some models of fireplaces have built-in additional lighting. The driver has the ability to toggle this feature light. Note that it does not have discrete on/off control.
You can also purchase ice lighting modules separately. If installed then the driver allows you to send one-way commands to set the mood light on or off.

Help i am getting a fireplace offline message!

Your fireplace has lost connectivity to Evoflame / E-Smart Cloud. Please resolve any network and/or internet related issues. Once the fireplace is accessible via the E-Smart Cloud app or webpage then it will work with the driver again.

You may also have remote control disabled. Please ensure that this is enabled in the Evonic Fires app.
