  1. @RyanE created a great driver. One function I'm struggling with is programming the auto lock to enable/disable when using a button press. I have Yale locks zigbee. For example when I have a contractor in and they need to work outside and inside then I want to turn off the auto lock feature. I usually have the auto-lock set to 120. Before using this driver, I programmed this functionality based on the Yale lock driver but with the Auto-lock driver you have to have the Yale driver auto-lock always off. Below is the programing I have for turning it off. Turning it on is just re-enabling it (single line of code). I also have it automatically re-enable at midnight. Any idea why it's not working? Also if I get this working, will the driver switch back to the custom time length that was there before?
  2. @alanchowI have the driver already. I was hoping to add the facial recognition panels. Back to the drawing board
  3. Will driver work with the new facial recognition panels https://www.hikvision.com/en/products/Access-Control-Products/Face-Recognition-Terminals/Value-Series/ds-k1t341amf/
  4. Have anyone ever used or heard about Hikvision facial recognition panels? I think this one also has fingerprint - https://www.hikvision.com/en/products/Access-Control-Products/Face-Recognition-Terminals/Value-Series/ds-k1t341amf/ I wonder if it has security so that it has to be a live person and not a picture. There is a C4 driver - https://drivercentral.io/platforms/control4-drivers/security-systems/hikvision-face-recognition/ Questions I have: 1. I have a Hik NVR with the chowmain driver - will the c4 firmware include this device? 2. How to remotely power thru 12v as it is not POE? 3. I have Yale locks - need to program recognition to open the door - I wonder about the delay??
  5. There is an experience driver for this. Connect it to your alarm sensor for the door to monitor open/close. Door Auto-Lock is the free driver
  6. And you can control DJ light fixtures like spinning spot lights?
  7. I'm setting up some DJ type lights (PAR and rotating lights) that are going to be controlled using DMX. I know there are a few DMX drivers for C4...would any of them be compatible in this use-case? The other way I was planning on doing it was to split the audio output from the source to the the audio matrix with one feed going into the DMX controller. I'm going to need a really long DMX 3 pin cable (~500 Ft or multiple 100 connected together) to run from my equipment room thru conduit to the first light outdoors. The rest of the fixtures will be daisy chained. Anyone else done something like this. Goal is to replicate this around my pool area without the actual rink Rink of dreams Toronto
  8. One last follow up. Although my door locks are recognized when trying to test them - "this action is blocked"
  9. Thanks. It was in there. So I have it all setup but of course my garage doors aren't discovered. They are hardwired to my EA5. I created a voice scene and in programing "when voice command turn on east garage door" is received I chose open East garage from the actions tab. Is that all I have to do?
  10. Sweet - I will ask my installer if it's installed
  11. Anyone have specifics on how to setup using Google assistant. Any specific driver needed?
  12. Will your new driver work with systems that have the carrier SAM module installed? I never bought the original driver to test as I was told it wasn't reliable.
  13. Would love to know if anyone is monitoring pets with a 2-way audio IP camera and have it tied into their NVR
  14. What if I already have the Cam installed with serial connection. Never added the current driver as I heard not so great things
  15. It's only our two s20+. Can occur anywhere on our home. I just created another ssid for Iot devices (2.4 only) and move the troubled potential culprit 802.11b device there. Unfortunately still no change. The 2.4 channels are fixed - 1,6,11 respectively for each AP. The 5ghz band has channel fly active. I just turned 802.11r back on to see if would help. So far...no.
  16. My wife and my S20+ were auto updated to android 12. Since then our phones drop Wi-Fi consistently in our home. We have 3 r710 (2 indoor and 1 outdoor in a weatherproof case). I had initially turned down transmit power 6 months ago as our devices were not roaming to the closest AP. Since this Wi-Fi issue appeared I've turned them back up to factory. All other laptops, ipads, etc still work will no issues. It's just our Samsung S20+ phones. I did try to optimize settings with .r and .s but that killed access for my 802.11b devices. Right now we have we have two ssid - one for the home and one guest. We have it set to maximize useage of the 5GHz radios. We have a couple 2.4 802.11b only IOT devices so need that band. I've searched the ruckus forums and no one is speaking about this issue. My home is the only ruckus install my dealer has done (my choice of hardware) and they don't have a support license. Anyone else having issued with Ruckus? I'm on the latest firmware. Side note - should I create a separate ssid of 802.11abn only for IOT devices leave my main ssid computers and phones/tablets? I know this won't fix my phone issue but for better legwork in general??
  17. Thanks to an awesome Aussie dealer who held my hand thru my ineptness. Turned off the auto call group from the driver. Configured the 4 call groups and nested the programming for each into my current programming.
  18. So I've figured out my blunder. I've created the four call groups. Now where do I specify in programing which call group to use based on my doorbell press logic?
  19. I just had my installer remove and reinstall my doorbird driver as it has become corrupt. He told me that the 3 device limit for TS calls has been removed. I'm a little stuck and looking for some help. I have 4 different announcement events based on time and a room exclusion for the doorbird doorbell press (doorbell, doorbell exclude master, doorbell low volume after 6pm, doorbell exclude master low volume after 6pm). In the announcement agent, when I include a TS with an announcement then it just plays the announcement sound. This does not control which TS are called by the SIP. Am I right? I'm trying to specify to call different TS based on one of the four events. I have all the programming setup under the doorbird button press event. Ie here:I have a bunch of if statements that define the four event criteria which allows the logic to work. I'm not using the announcement agent programing area. Ie not using this: I've been trying to play with the communication agent to create different call groups but I cannot figure it out. How do I create multiple call groups for which I can choose to call based on my four event criteria? Below is a screen capture of my communication agent. I think to prevent both the doorbell sound (announcement) and SIP call sound (communication) on the TS, I should remove the TS from the announcement agent? Thanks in advance
  20. Thanks. That's what I needed. There is no "pause" or "resume" programming events I assume
  21. Quick question - I'm tackling a bigger programming issue. If I insert some of the code in a macro will the next step in the event return to the calling code fire automatically so that the next line runs after the macro has completed? Or does completing the macro also complete the calling event?
