  1. Thank you very much. I’ll go with CA-1 then since I only need to offload the ZigBee devices. My understanding CA-1 will be able to handle another 70 on its mesh network.
  2. I have 98 ZigBee devices running off one EA-5 ZigBee server (mainly light switches and dimmers). I am seeing a warning that I'm over recommended mesh 70 limit and performance will be degraded. Is adding something like an EA-1 controller would be the best way to add another mesh controller to the network and distribute the load between the 2 ZigBee servers this way? Thank you.
  3. Were you able to solve this? Mine is stuck on the same "No Command" after factory reset. Thank you.
  4. Same issue here. One of the T3 10" is now stuck in Control4 splash screen. The "Network Configuration" shows "NONE" instead of "Ethernet" like others. There is no IP assigned.
  5. This actually makes sense. Because I saw this issue come and go with different C4 releases.
  6. Yeah, most likely. This issue went away in some releases and then came back in others. So, I kind of learned to live with it. I have Panasonic IP cameras and using generic driver (see the attached image). These are my cameras: Panasonic WV-SW355 Panasonic WV-SW314/WV-SW316 Panasonic i-Pro WV-SF135 Panasonic i-Pro WV-SW155 If anyone knows of a better driver, please feel free to chime in.
  7. I have it constantly crash on my iPhone and iPad Pro. Usually, about 30-45 seconds after viewing the camera feeds. Running the latest software on all platforms.
  8. For some reason my update to 3.2.3 hasn't caught it. Is there a way to re-apply this update or fix it in some other way?
  9. Thank you for your response. Where can I get this tiny firmware update?
  10. Thank you. My IO Extender has been online all this time. I am able to delete and re-add it back to the EA-5 controller. The ethernet lights are on. I am able to identify it with the "Link" button. Also, it's been working fine up until OS 3.2.3 update and then the Serial ports just stop sending commands right after this update.
  11. I had multiple issues with T3, more with 7" screens than 10", though. It starts with a partial touch loss, then out of calibration issues, then more screen space stops responding.
  12. I had 3 out of 7 fail - one T3 7" and both 10" tabletops (C4-TT10-BL). One T3 7" has partial screen working. And, of course, this happened after the warranty has run out. Sticking with iPads in the future.
  13. My C4-IOX-E-B (V1) stopped working after OS 3.2.3 update.
  14. Well, I've just updated to OS 3.2.3 and my IO Extender (V1) stopped working. I can still re-add and re-link it to the project, the Update Manager still shows the same message as before (attached), but the blinds connected through Serial 1 no longer work. If I connect them to another serial port (EA-5 controller), everything works as expected. If anyone has any idea why OS 3.2.3 would cause this and what can be done, if anything, to make it work again, I'd truly appreciate it.
  15. Hi everyone. I've recently connected an older I/O Extender to my system running OS 3.1.3. The update manager shows everything up-to-date except the I/O Extender (see attached image). The latter says "Unknown Version" and status "Connecting". Is there anything I can do here in order to update to the latest available version? Thank you.
