    Excellent. Glad its working the way you like it. Just remember this is only a limitation of executing the announcement out of Control4's controllers/speakerpoints. If you are using Sonos or Kodi Full to output the announcement then there are no limitations.

    You cannot utilise Kodi and Plex drivers in the same room (not even sure why you would want two media players considering they both do similar things). The symptoms described are what happens if you use both drivers in the same project. Control4 will choose whichever media player to play back on and is out of our control. If you need two different media players for some reason i recommend using our Kodi Full driver rather than Kodi Lite as it does not rely on Control4's database (leaving Plex to use the database). Fullscreen Toggle will toggle only when playback is playing (same function as backslash) In future please contact us via 1 means.     Hi guys, Just released an update to the Kodi Full driver which will allow support PVR Features: Ability to pull channels and artwork from Kodi Ability to playback channel on Navigator selection or programatically Ability to view Guide data for channel Ability to record currently playing channel Ability to start playback of recorded content Ability to view scheduled/current recordings NOTE: Due to limitations of Kodi's API we cannot do the following yet (i have submitted requests to get this functionality implemented already). We will implement these features once Kodi has implemented control over them via its JSON-RPC. Delete recordings (need to do this via Kodi's own onscreen controls). Schedule recordings from Guide data (need to do this via Kodi's own onscreen controls). Delete scheduled recordings (need to do this via Kodi's own onscreen controls).

    YouTube suspended our account because someone reported it as inappropriate. Have been trying to get it I suspended but YouTube arnt replying to my emails.

    Not yet. Still happy with the last fitmware. Strong believer of if it works don't fix it.

    Never heard of it. Though from my quick google search it appears to be an android box. If you can load Kodi onto it then the answer will be yes though if you want control over the native android OS as well you will need to load LANmote onto it. This will require root access. You will need to do further research/testing to ensure it works before hand. Our driver comes with a trial built in so please test prior to purchase.

    It should work. I would see if you have allowed for layer 2 broadcasts setup on your VPN.

    If the movies disappear its probably because you haven't setup the 'fake network file storage' correctly. Please follow the installation guide to make sure you're doing it right. If you still have troubles please submit a ticket to our helpdesk on houselogix.

    I'll add it to the list though i won't release an update until there is enough features to warrant an update. I haven't used emby myself but if its a video addon it'll work just like any other addon and can be browsed through Control4.

    We removed it for Kodi lite for some reason. Forgot why but I added it back into the latest version of Kodi full we released a few weeks back.

    With the way siri works no. There used to be a hack way of doing it using the proxy method but this got shut down by Apple. Basically what happens is that every time you talk to siri it goes off to Apple's servers where they process your command and send the result back to you. The proxy method intercepts the siri command and returns custom notifications. Unfortunately this method doesn't work anymore though it was cool when it did work.

Setup an event trigger to fire when the power goes over or under a certain value (great for monitoring & rebooting equipment).     If you don't know how to make your own then our distributor Houselogix sells premade systems under the Helix brand. Alternatively there are various android based systems you can get from set top boxes to Sony Bravia TV's

    We don't have amazon here in Australia so have never really looked for it. Kodi isn't great for subscription based services so if that is a core requirement i'd go for something like a Roku.

    Yep Control4 are aware of it.

    This is something out of my control. I send control4 a list of buttons to display and it does it to all supported interfaces. Flash based ones don't work whereas t3, iOS and android work fine.

    Yes that is correct. You will need to select the Kodi control driver under watch or listen to control it once playback has started.
