1)I am still on Ver. 11 how does one go about updating ? 2) also reading documentation of driver in project there is a mention regards driver and sensors. I have 2 sensors should I also have drivers for these? Thanks

I had some wonky issues with my HC800 and both times it was the power supply.

Used a universal power supply for many months before buying a replacement. The connection to the HC 800 was not as tight as the original but if left alone there was no problem.Then I used the connector of the old power supply to splice in to the output of a universal for the next failure.

I love this driver and working well, will ride with it

I am having a difficult time understanding the issue here as it pertains to my system. I have a Gen 2 echo and echo dot. Installed the driver when on 2.10 Upgraded to 3.1.1 with no issues. Was I just lucky or am I missing something.

There's HC- 800 for sale on this site $150

So as long as 1 echo is of the first generation you could add a newer one with no issues ? I'm on OS3

I have a Ubiquiti network and the only time I think about it is when I read about Ubiquiti products on this forum. I even installed an Amplifi network in my winter home and its solid although no Control4 but what a great product.

I asked my installer to install the Ecobee driver in my project in the next couple of days. He says that it will require between 30 minutes to an hour of programming and I need to give him my Ecobee logins and account etc. Is this something I can do myself and only need the driver in the project. I have had many drivers installed by this company and none required an hour of programming. At $100/hr Your insight on this would be appreciated. Thanks
