    Software 3.3 Controller HC800 Just Started to Notice after someone press`s the call button on DS2 (Mini) - can straight away can be about 1 hour - All our T3 Touchscreen stop responding and also can not connect via iPad and iPhone - however the remote still works Sometimes sort it self out - Most Times we have reboot the Controller. is this a Bug ?

    Just picked up a new IPhone 13 and IPad Pro ~ the iPhone did not have back ground on to start with, then it came on ~the iPad no back ground at all All are custom uploads

    Not sure why it does it - Was told years ago to do it this way

    Change the Time in HE and that will Restart the Controller - Due not forget to set it back again

    We had the same issue - had to go back to a 6th December Back Up - Which is just after we got updated to 3.2.4

    Sat at the airport waiting to go on my holidays and just checked ~we are up and running - looks like we are using a oldish back up - however Brilliant job. @Crustyloafer. going back to manual back ups from now on

    We are starting to get this sorted - All my Backups that done Automatically every day are corrupt Dealer just sorting now - Every Day is a leaning Day

    ok we stuck in no mans lands. HC800 only has the blue power light on Back Up looks like it working when you look at the bottom left hand corner of HE But nothing is happening Any Help please ?

    Could be Stupid question On my CCTV Cameras I have date and Time on all the Pictures. However I do not have this on DS2 - Can this be done and if so How ?

    We have Sonos and Local Controlled Media and have no issues at all. We also have lights, Alarm, Shades. We use C4 to bring all the different Apps into one environment. its worked well for us

    We have Q Motions Blinds and when they go off line its always the Battery Running Low Forget what its says in Composer - Replace the Batteies and everything is Fine

    We still run a HC800, just hope the colour Wheel works with HC800 Apart from that - C4 is just software to keep all my apps in one Eco System Phillips Hue / Sonos / Axis Gear / Q Motion / Alarm / TV and Audio Gear / CCTV

    Total Agree - We had this issue and after taking out all our AP (Had 4 at the time) we replaced them with One Ruckus AP and our Wifi is amazing we even have Wifi calling set via the Ruckus. Sometimes less is More
