  1. To be honest it works has good if not better than on the T3`s the Smart Tab - works out the box no messing about
  2. Try using Smart Tab M8 with Google Assistant Android Tablet| 8 inch HD | 32GB | Smart Charging Station | WiFi | 2GB RAM | Iron Grey We now replace the T3 with these when they fail We also have a Amazon Fire - Which after some playing about with now works with Intercom
  3. We have do nothing - I could not explain why it settle down - It just has The hole Intercom between the T3 and our Iphones - Is so much better Not sure if C4 have sent out a update - Some dealers may be advise on that one We run software 3.3

We had the same problem My dealer said I need to Upgrade to Core 5 - I said I would if Control4 would Guarantee in Writing I would not have this issue again - They would not However saying all that over the last few months the issue has gone away - Not sure why We used to Re Refresh Navs -(let he system go back to ideal) and then Refresh Gateway - This would bring everything back on line again (May have to do a couple of times. Our ds2 was updated Driver 264 Had the Core3 now for over 6mths
  5. Alan, do you have a Link for for the new driver ? My dealer says he can not see it on Driver Central

It just copies the time you switched the lights on and off So on Monday you go to bed at 11pm and turn everything off and wake up at 8am Tuesday and turn on lights in kitchen It will play that back next Monday It records the time you turn lights on and off (the ones you select) and plays them back 7 days later Great Driver

We went from hc800 to core 3 just get your dealer or C4 to confirm the core3 will run your system with no issues we have had and are having a few issues ~ our system is not the biggest and C4 keep saying we should have a core 5 ~ however we say we will buy a core5 if C4 will confirm we will have no more issues ~ C4 in the UK refuse to put this in writing Our dealer and us are getting a bit confused by C4 stance
  8. You need to go into HE and then Agents and then go into COMMUCATIONS and then Advance - Reset gateway - If this does not work Go into file Refresh Nav - Wait until it say idle at in the left bottom Corner - They reset Gateway again Good Luck
  9. It does not really work on Ipad - You need Lenovo Smart Tab M8

  11. We just had our Giv Energy Inverter installlled last week Were you able to find a Driver or way of doing this ?

  13. Speaking to Dealer who is Taking to C4 - He does not wish to install the Core 5 and to be fair to C4 they are offering the Core5 at a Discount Price However reading the Release notes it looks like the Issues may have been covered - Lets wait and see

Ryan, Please log into my Core3 and advise if me If I need a Coe 5 - UK Control4 say my dealer under spec me - I told my dealer I would pay for Core5 if Control4 would confirm i would have no issue with Intercom and with controller rebooting They have so far refused to confirm why the Core3 has had issues and That the Core 5 will not have the same (C4 in the UK) Me and my dealer are in Catch 22 Everyone on the this Forum said C4 was just up selling please step in and confirm one way or other Concerning Snap - I sold my shares - Main a few pounds - however the drop from $23 to $9 would focus my mind and ongoing investment in the future in such a market which is becoming very fluid

Snap paid a Large amount of Money for Control4 Dealers now buy not only control4 equipment from them but other Audio Visual / Network equipment This has Increased snap custom base - Hence why they bought C4 No need to invest in Control4 - Has snap has all the dealers buying AV equipment and Control4 Equipment - Happy DAYS - Apart from the massive Debit they have. After 4 weeks talking to dealer about the Core 3 he supplied and C4 Saying it should be Core 5 and everyone on this forum saying C4 are just up selling Hence my call Feel for the Dealers

More like a few bugs ~ just had to robot my EA1 which said it was updating when it came back on line which is interesting Lets wait and see My dealer will not update me until we get a few updates in ~ had a few issues with the core3 / intercom Gateway and Control4 tech support in the UK ~ to be honest I have lost the love for the product

  20. Control4 is no longer a company ~ it is part of Snap ~a sales company of bits and bats

  22. You can tell my dealer is Dealer is Frustrated with Control4 and the issues we are having with our Core 3 Looking at Snap Figures there turnover is down over 7% and interest rates going up. Its not going to easy ride for you guys over the next 36mths Sold my C4 share on Thursday last week its just turned into sell / sell / sell
  23. Control4 in the UK say they is 100 number Core5 200 devices thanks for the input everyone ~both me and my dealer agree ~will ask about Cote3 Replacing it all just has a bad smell about it
