@bill Did you get this sorted? I have a similar issue (much later controller and OS3) - everything works but 4Sight. Never has worked. Wondering if / how you got this sorted?

fwiw, we have small kids in our house and use the Alexa baby crying feature connected to our c4. See this: https://www.komando.com/technology/alexa-sound-detection/798151/ The alexa does a great job hearing baby/kids crying. I've got it setup to call out to ifttt... which then does an api push to c4 and I can take action based off that. It works flawlessly. For example, baby cries and it starts showing the crib camera on the t3/t4s in the house. Actions are endless once you get the notification into c4. I know this doesn't answer your original question but throwing this out as an alternative. Of course, for even more simplicity, you could use a couple alexas with routines and get notified alexa to alexa setup in a few minutes.

Agreed. All 4 going offline at once is strange.

These are battery operated, right? Have you tried pulling the battery on one and reinstalling? We have three of these in our garage and occasionally one goes in the fritz. Pulling the battery and reinserting fixes it. Note I have Programming set on the Offline event for each sensor that notifies me when it goes offline. You might want to add the same.

Curious @Jackl - does 4sight work for you? I have exactly the same problem as you. (Have given up) For me, 4sight also doesn’t work. (Also, have given up). Everything else works like a champ. Nobody can figure it out.

Hi all Troubleshooting our 4sight subscription that has never worked at our location. (Even replaced the router and switches to no avail.) While looking at the ios app logs, I am seeing tons of these migration required errors. Note the system is on 3.3.0 so believe latest of everything including drivers all updated. Yes, same experience here. Wallpapers and temperature values are correct again - at the expense of load times. I noticed when installing and upon the first connect that it had reverted to showing me details on the Connecting screen aka getting devices, getting project items, etc. The faster load versions never showed those details. My theory is the devs rolled back some of that faster load code to fix all the bugs and give themselves time to properly test and rollout the new loading code. Just my gut instinct being in the software business for too long.

Same! On 3.2.4 Director and latest iOS app. All my c4 therms (original thermostats) show crazy numbers on the schedule. fwiw, this release of the iOS app has broken our custom wallpapers, too.

It is not fixed for myself. Latest c4 app still doesn’t show custom wallpapers. T3 screen does, one iphone does, one iphone doesn’t.

Yes, look at https://voicemonkey.io/ That service takes in an api request and triggers an Alexa routine (to play a sound, start music, say something etc) I built a quick driver to send the api commands I wanted and it works well.

Hi all. Have an aux keypad (c4-ka) connected to a apd-120. On the main switch, the apd-120, I have programming for button presses or taps. However, the aux keypad doesn't trigger that programming. For example, on a single tap top I want the room control to turn on all lights. Hitting the top button on the aux keypad only turns on the lights connected to the load. Have tried putting the logic on press/release/taps and nothing is firing. Is this by design? Any workarounds to make the logic fire from tapping/pressing on the aux keypad? TIA

Question- can you hear the audio from a T3 or T4 screen? I'm using some fixed amcrest cameras and the video works great on our T3 screens, however, I can't get audio to be heard. Is that possible on a T3? FWIW I'm using the annex4 amcrest driver. Would love to know if you can hear the audio on your t3/t4 or c4 mobile app. Thanks

I’d opt for an EA3 instead of the EA1. Gives you room to expand. IMHO you’d be capping yourself out on day 1 w/the EA1. I would also get the Composer Home Edition (HE) bundle which comes with 1 yr of 4sight. It is just a little bit more money and gives you a perpetual license to make programming changes to your system. I’d ask for a lot more detail on the home Wi-Fi line item for $3500. How many APs…model…# runs they will need to do. Unless your home is 15k sq ft or more my gut says that is excessive. Finally, ask/think about some keypads in place of or in addition to the lighting switches. We use our keypads all the time to activate scenes - like going outside to grill one button on the keypad turns on lightning, music, etc. A keypad press puts the house to sleep at night etc. Keypads (engraved) are really useful. imho
