^^Control4 is the only reason I switched from apple music to Spotify. It's worth it.

I’m looking into using IFTTT and pushover but I am also open to other ideas. Does anyone any experience with other alternatives or is the IFTTT pushover way best? Any other information is greatly appreciated!

Finally intercom is in the C4 app! It’s in the new IOS update.

I have echo flex’s throughout my house and I use voice scenes to play whatever I want wherever I want. I know it’s a little more tedious because you need to create all the scenes, but my family loves it. For example when I say, “Alexa, play billy Joel in the kitchen”. The Billy Joel Pandora station will play in the kitchen. It would be nice if it were possible to avoid saying the room you wanted to play the music in but that’s not really a big deal. This seems to be the best solution for what you’re looking for that I know of at least.

How would one upgraded from QS to QSX? Is Control4 and QSX a better match than C4 and QS?

I just updated from 3.2 to 3.2.1. Wow what a difference! My T3’s are noticeably faster to the point where I have no complaints. I’ll post an update here if anything changes. Thank you for the recommendation Gary!

I’ll post a video of mine tomorrow as well^^ I would love to figure out the issue I can’t stand how slow they are for me.

How is the Amazon music integration with Control4? Is it full integration or is it only a light version like Spotify?

Please help us find a solution. I believe the best thing to do is make Control4 aware of the issue so they could fix it. Mention it to your dealer and show him this post. I’ve already tried going through my dealer. If there’s anything I could do to help let me know.

Also just need to add that 4K roku players have airplay now. That was the nail in the coffin for the Apple TV in my opinion.

Now that Roku devices support airplay I'm switching out my Apple TV's for Rokus. Having both in my setup now, Roku integration is much better and easier to use with control4. Unless there is an app for the Apple TV that you need, Roku is the way to go.

Is it possible to make use a third party thermostat (ecobee, c4, etc.) instead of the infinity touch screen while still being able to view warnings or errors that the infinity touch would usually show?

The sam module seems like the best bet but from what I know (and I looked into it a lot) even the sam module brings a very poor integration if its even still possible. There are a few users that say that they have had some success with the SAM module integration. I'm going to see if I could find the SAM modules online. If anyone has any information on how I could get my hands on one please let me know. If I can get my hands on one I'll give feedback on the integration.
