Push notifications stopped working

I just realized that push notifications have stopped working a few days ago. My dealer came by today and upgraded to the latest OS. My android has C4 app notification as priority so they are supposed to always go thru. My 4sight license is active. Nothing else has changed. 

These are the notifications programmed in HE and not Alan's suite. 

I have rebooted my phone...No change. Dealer rebooted controller...no change

Any ideas?

I had a job where the iOS devices were working fine, while the primary user had Android. Stopped working a while ago. Deleted his app and removed the device from my.control4.com, then re-installed and logged in. All working fine now.

In the new OS3.1 for Control4, how do you add a phone mobile device to receive push notifications when i log into the C4 website?

I can't find the area to add a new device.

I see that some old devices are there, but can't figure out how to add a new device for the Notifications section

when you sign in to the app. it will add the new device to the list automatly

I'm not talking about creating a User under the Users & Devices tab when you first log in to the website.

I'm talking specifically about the notifications tab, which you can only find if you click on Voice Control or When-Then buttons, and then click the Notification Tab -  so it shows Devices.

you need to log into the c4 app on the device. Then it will show on customer.control4.com to add it to the notifications.
