It's different than an Xbox, but it really isn't. I found with my washing machine that you don't really need to do the 20% boost so much...they tend to almost power off during their cycle. Will take a little trial and error, but is pretty easy to test. Feel free to PM me if you have struggles after trying.

You can view any of your calendars right from your Control4 navigator (iOS, Android, T3, OSDs) and view the events for them!

You can view events for the week ahead and the events you have today. Your days events are updated every night at midnight and your week ahead is updated every hour on the dot.
The driver also provides variables for your next event and number of events today/in the week ahead which you can use in programming.
You can also use driver properties to setup notifications with C4! Simply enter how many minutes before an event you want the "Event Notification" action to be fired and then use Control4 programming to do anything you want! You can use the NOTIFIED_EVENT_ variables to program based of the title, description, location and time of the event.

For anyone still contemplating a solution for Fujitsu mini splits...
I installed a Fujitsu unit in the main room of my new place back in February at the same time I was starting my Control4 buildout.  A couple months ago my dealer attempted to find some info on the previously mentioned solution through intesis box/chowmain, but the Fujitsu model number I installed was somewhat obscure or too new and no one could confirm compatibility.
Fast forward to last week and my dealer turned me onto the Sensibo/chowmain solution to integrate with my system.  I ordered the Sensibo unit yesterday morning and it arrived this morning, in 24 hours.  I unboxed the unit and synced it up on my lunch break today.  Super easy.  My dealer had it integrated shortly after that. 
So far, so good.  I've very impressed with the quick shipping and ease of set up. I have all basic functionality through Control4 now, including sway.  Also, there's lots of features packed into the Sensibo.  I just need to spend some time learning them. 

Same goes for us here down under.
Having said that i totally forgot that you guys get this baby.

You need to elaborate on "MDU Services".  Are you hoping to offer things like the ability to make calls from the touchscreen to the front desk, concierge services, etc?  If so you will need a communication server, a well designed building network, and the proper gear in each unit.  Or are you just going to have a bunch of stand alone project in the apartments?

All of the drivers (including bulbs) poll for changes.  As such it may take about 30 seconds or so to obtain feedback.

Sounds like you have auto discovery enabled without a mac address entered in.  Either disable it or enter in the correct mac address.
