  1. Does the hc250 control the spectrum box (in other words is IR emitter placed correctly on.box)? If so then u can see the ir emitter flash (depending on.type) when say channel change or something is sent from hc800. If it is not visible to naked eye try looking with cell phone camera which will pick up the IR flash to see if signal being sent. If the Ir flashes, then it is either placed wrong on box or incorrect driver or bindings not correct.
  2. Solid for sure. I would run more wires in case u want to upgrade it later. Two is minimum. I ran 4 wire. This also gives u extra in case on wire is fubar. Easier then running a new line!
  3. how do you refresh the bridge driver? can this be done remotely?
  4. Unfortunately my system has been broken since upgrading to 2.21 a month ago. So please learn from my mistake: Heed @Jackstone warning and DO NOT UPGRADE your system to the Blackwire version UNTIL you get a new code from him FIRST. I have been trying to get a new code for over a month from @jackstone with no response to emails and PM with my old HL license and EA5 MAC address. I really do not feel I should have to pay a second time for a driver that stopped working because of a migration of servers between companies (Houselogix -> Blackwire). I have loved the service and support of this driver for years (as witnessed by the fact that this thread is 24 pages long!). Hopefully, this issue will be fixed soon, since it is the best driver out there for LED DMX lighting. In the meantime, DO NOT UPGRADE to version 2.2.1 until you get a new license...You will be sorry Any interim solutions to this issue are welcomed!
  5. the correct title would be "is here" not "is there" but who cares, the driver rocks! support rocks! Just can't figure out how to update the POS Engineering Solutions DecaBox to work with the new driver because now i am in limbo with a box the legacy driver doesn't recognize (wrong baud rate, that driver worked fine), and the new driver recognizes but correctly notes the firmware is incompatible, so neither work now. Wifey is NOT happy. Wants me to pull all the RGB strips and replace with white strips!! ugh Wish ES support was as good as jackstone! May need to just buy a new ES box and be done with it
  6. Will check when I get back. Looks very different from the pictured one above
  7. To answer my own question. Humax are RF not controllable by C4. Had to get different box from spectrum that had IR capability and now all is good with SA driver
  8. Just got Spectrum Cable installed. The box is a Spectrum 201H (so Humax). I assume that means I use the Humax Cable V1,.0 IR driver. But I have no idea where the IR port is on this thing. Tried using a flashlight and no circle is visible anywhere. Tried just putting IR bud on right/left/and middle with no luck. Any ideas would be great! Thanks
  9. I also use luma, this is what I use: IP of Luma:6500x/GetImage.cgi?CH=1;Size=1280x960;username=EA5;password=XXXX Note: you need to set up different user profiules in the cameras or there will be a conflict with luma. In this example, I have a user named EA5 in each camera. PK
  10. Chowmain's new IFTTT maker will do the realtime monitoring you need for Nest Protect using the NEST channel of IFTTT, it would immediately fire a pushover notification that you can program off of in C4...
  11. Alan, in the macro below. Only the 2nd and 4th lines will show a picture from chuck.io. The other two show a page with small white square (no image). Any suggestions since the programming appears to be the same. Thanks.
