    Do you have a voltmeter? Does anything light up on it when connected to power? I have successfully replaced the power supply in one of these before. Big caution!! Live electricity troubleshooting below. !!! You could open it up. Set volt meter to VAC and then test the leads going into the box. Then test the output of the power supply. 12vdc or 15vdc.     Lol. Been a while since I was called a “Pro”. i guess I have not thought of it that way. When providing a service, and then exceed the expectations of that service, get paid and the client refers your business. That does sound like a pro.

    I would say the room itself has something going on. Re-doing a room may be the quickest way. Any special programming in that room? Could create a new “Master Bedroom”, then duplicate all of the room bindings. Test the new room after a navigator refresh. Then add the button to the new room. Happy Automating!!

    Smart. I have another customer now who has upgraded the Apple TV to iOS 13 and they are on a hc800. No longer control. And have never had IR control. Truck roll will now be needed.

    Ok, first, “the other lights in the room come on” are they on the scene you want to dim? second, it sounds like the scene you are activating does not have a toggle scene created. To create one, go to agents. Then advanced lighting scenes. Then select the scene you are activating with the binding to a button. Then, along the top you will see a drop down menu for a toggle scene. clock the button that says, “ create toggle scene”. Hope this helps.
