Hi Eric, thanks for the useful feedback. It's always difficult to know where to pitch the pricing of remote services. In some ways they can be easier as you are doing from the comfort of your home or office but in other ways it can be complex and difficult resolving issues if you are not in front of the equipment.
If you don't mind, could you PM me with more personal feedback on my rates etc.
Also check out this new 3 channel amp for behind TVs. Has a sub output too so perfect for creating a little 3.1 channel system with a soundbar and sub.

Hi Andy, where in UK are you based? I can probably help remotely if you like, ideally would need you to get the existing login credentials for the system from the previous owner.
Feel free to PM me if you wish to discuss further.
Page 5 of the older manual references the reset button but no instructions.

Have you tried just a quick 1 second press of it and see if there is any indication from front panel LEDs it is doing anything?
I've checked through the full user guide for the NK-1 and there is no mention of using the reset button at all.
I would perhaps try removing power from it and then reconnecting power whilst holding down the reset pinhole button and then keep it held down for 10 seconds or so.
Whoop sorry , I misread your post.
Default IP should be 192.168.1.240. Have you tried a network scanning app to find out what IP it is currently set to?
Press the pinhole reset button on the back of the router. Hold down this button for 10 seconds while the router is powered on, and then release it. The router then resets to factory default settings.

All of what you describe in 1-3 are easily achievable. The Control4 system would be constantly aware of the current on/off status of the light load so if you programmed the system to just toggle the light load every time the momentary contact was closed it would always change to the opposite state it was currently in regardless of which method was last used the control the light load.
Rako Lighting Controls will do exactly what you want.

These will sit inside a backbox and connect to up to 4 2-way latching switches, you can then program them to do whatever you want whether it be natively controlling a Rako wireless relay/dimmer for the light or integrated with Control4 to offer other functionality.
These are specifically designed so that owner of older houses with traditional light switches etc in keeping with the style and decor of the home can keep them in place but still offer some smart home lighting controls and integration with a third party control system.
Rako integrated very nicely with Control4, I have installed dozens of Rako lighting systems and integrated them with C4 so if you have any further questions then please ask away.
I would suggest starting a new post rather than digging up an ancient thread. Also, you'll need to be a little more specific, what kind of keypad, which LEDs are not working, the status or backlighting?

Just use the PLA88 driver, it works all their video matrices.
