Tom FitzGerald Posted December 17, 2020 Share Posted December 17, 2020 I have updated to latest app version 1.1.2 with OS 3 on iPhone11. it worked fine for c3 months but has now simply stopped working so I receive no call when gate bell is rung. 4Sight subscription up to date. This could definitely just be a coincidence but I opened the intercom app on my phone and then rung it from the doorbell or one of my t3s. But today it wouldn't ring when someone rang the doorbell, so I tried logging out of the app and now tried to log back in. Now it's saying my login credentials are incorrect (says it can't validate my account). I'm using my standard customer.control4.com email and password, and it does not work. Any ideas?
